This video recording setup is more of a "run-and-gun" setup, but it allows me to get the same valuable information out to you guys without the big studio setup process. I hope it still works to convey the information effectively!
hey greg i really appreciate your hard work and thank you for youre advices youre really helpful.
i just want to question you about instagram, i have been searching for tags and how to improve it but my reach is low and my followers number is not getting any higher and i would love you to tell me whats wrong with my Instagram:"tbmerch1" if possible, with nature and animal nich
Another great informative video Greg, thank you. IMHO this video format works just fine, I enjoy seeing your RUclips format experimentation with your video format and thumbnails. :)
Excuse me greg I accidentally bought 3 hoodies on teespring and wanted a refund you said if you pay with PayPal you will get a refund with in 24 hrs but it still never gave my money back please help me 😭😭 I'm crying I spent 200 dollars pls Greg I need help
I just want to say that you are the most helpful channel on youtube when it comes to POD. You explain it very simply and easy to understand and you don't take 5 min to get into the content. It's straight to the point and I appreciate that a lot.
I appreciate that, thank you! I do my best to make it as simple and transparent as possible for you all.
Bro cleared all doubts in 10 min
Right on!
That was OUTSTANDING! You just got a new subscriber! I did create a teespring store and made sales. The part where we keep the profit after a customer returns an item, shocked me! Great Profit!
Thank you for taking the time to comment and for the support Eric! I really appreciate it and as always if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out anytime!
@@GregGottfried Thank You Greg!!! Have a Nice Safe Weekend!
Awesome Eric ... would you be open to share some of your sales strategies
@@GregGottfried if you don't mind me asking what camera and lighting do you use? Qualify is fantastic!
Thanks for the information about shipping and returns.
Hi Greg, I'm VERY new at POD. I've been doing a LOT of research on this, and I must have watched at least 150 different video's on POD. But I keep comming back to your video's. The reason why is, 1. Your very informative. 2. You don't talk fast like I've seen in at least 75 - 80 video's that I've watched. 3. You don't try to sell some outrageously priced webinar. I've got a LOT of info and a lot of things in place, so after the Holidays are over, I'll be starting my own POD. With that in mind, I was to say "Thank you for the info" AND "I trust what you say in your video's".
THANK YOU BROO U SAVED ME I THOUGHT IT DEPENDED ON THE PLAYCE U LIVE!!!!!!!!
Right on! Glad it helped.
Hey Greg. I’ve been watching you for the last two days. I am very thankful and appreciative of you. Additionally, Thankyou for always responding to your viewers comments. You are one of the few RUclipsrs that actually respond. You are God sent and thank you for all your content.
Great video from Greg as usual. One other thing worthy of note is that colour choices vary depending on whether the item is coming from the US or the EU fulfilment centres. I find the colour options for goods printed in the US are greater than in the EU.
Thanks Simon. Great addition too, you're spot on different items and slightly different colors. US center is Hanes, Gildan, American Apparel (I agree with you the material/colors out of that center is really nice).
I don't know how this video has so little views, it brings lot of information that I didn't hear before, thank you :)
Glad it was helpful! Let me know if you have any questions I can help with!
Exactly!!
Right on time! I just had a costumer asking me about shipping times for Christmas. Thanks for all the hardo work you put in for us
Perfect timing! Glad this video is helpful and thank you for the comment and the support!
Greg, I know how valuable time is when you have your own business. So any video you produce is appreciated. Beyond measure. I will say I’m working hard the past couple of months implementing most of what you have suggested (not all the steps) and still have not sold one t-shirt. For me, not utilizing Instagram yet, or having at least 300 designs up and running is certainly “why” I haven’t sold yet. Not sure how long it’ll take me to get to 300 but the rate I’m going, probably over a year I expect. Either way, what you’re sharing in your videos are worth gold. Thank you for being here when you can. Merry Christmas!
Thanks for the comment Lee! It sounds like you are right on track and I agree that the absence of Instagram traffic to a niche storefront is likely the culprit of no sales. Once you get the ball rolling with a few sales and your trust score kicks in, you will be in a great position with 300 designs :) Also if you can get those designs uploaded to Redbubble and Merch by Amazon as well, you will be in really good shape. Thanks again for the comment and the support Lee! Merry Christmas to you and your family as well!
Just the right video! Thank you very much brother. I think I'm one the first sellers from my country Tajikistan🇹🇯. Yayy thanks a lot brother 🤝✊✊
Dude I have learned more from you in the last couple days than a week looking online. Just got my merch store up and running after watching your videos. I'll be sipping out of my Hustle mug soon. Thanks so much!
So awesome! You’re on your way my friend- keep it going! 👍🏼 Glad you were motivated by my videos! And yes- get that Hustle mug ASAP! Lol I wish you nothing but more and more success 🙂
This is incredible. You are my number one go to for print on demand 👍💝💝👍
Excellent! Thank you for taking the time to comment and for the support Dewayne! I really appreciate it and as always if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out anytime!
Love the video Greg! I hit the thumbs up as always, and knocking out POD designs in a Panera right now. First niche website coming soon 👍Thankful for you and hope you're doing awesome 💪
Thank you as always! I can relate 100% to you lol Panera and Starbucks are where the business is built! Crazy how it all happens but one day you'll look back and smile (sounds like that day is coming soon for you)! Anyways thank you for all the support you show me.
What about the customer? Do they actually get their item when they order? A lot of reviewers say they never get their item after purchased.
Yes, they absolutely get their items.
Thanks Greg!! You are full of amazing information. I would have never tried this of I had to go based on other RUclipsrs. 5:10 shipping info starts for those in a hurry.
Thank you! I'm glad to hear this video was helpful! As always, if you need anything just let me know!
This is great man! Thanks for all the vids, they're great value :)

I do apologize if this does not make sense but what you're saying is
Teesprings will keep all my products and a warehouse so if I make a hoodie they will keep my hoodie and a warehouse and keep on selling that hoodie when someone wants to buy it so I don't have to touch will go anywhere to customize a hoodie print it they do everything all I have to do is create the hoodie on the Teespring website and put it online and they will handle the shipping the product
Hi Greg, Please make a video on 'Shipping timelines & Rush Shipping' and 'Print cycle settings, limited edition listings & countdown timers'
Thanks greg. Could you do a video about rush shipping? Not sure how you add to teespring account.
Thank you Greg, as usual great and very helpful information.
You're welcome :) Thank you for the comment and the support!
Thank you so much for answering my question. Do you have a video for tax?
No problem! I think I put a link to the tax video in the other comment too.
Hey Greg, great video!
Hey Mac, thank you so much! I appreciate it!

great video as always keep it up brother!
Thanks man!
Thanks so much again for the content. Do we need to add the details for the shipping, return policies in our description or anywhere in our uploads or these are automatically taken care of by teespring?
Hi Greg, is there any setting we can do to make our store region specific? How we will communicate to our customer to change the fulfillment region?
Seriously you're the best! Btw do i need to buy the merchandise once the customer buys from me?
Thank you! Nope, that’s the beauty of this business model. The websites do it all for us. All we have to do is upload the designs and they do literally everything else :)
And he uploaded again! :-) ThankS for hard work!....I have a question ..how many shirts I need to sell to get marketing advantage from T spring?
somewhere from 2 to 10! keep watching videos on this channel and probably you will find the answer for every question in your head.
Thanks for the comment :) @The Wiseman is right, 2-10 is the sweet spot to get your trust score set and the marketing to kick in.
Great information! Your video brought me great value!😁
Thank you! Let me know if you have any questions I can help with as you're going along!
Hey Greg...great videos and info. Thanks for the time/effort you have put into your channel here. Question: Is it possible to place a TeeSpring Store Front on a separate webpage...as in my own via Wordpress? Thanks for your thoughts.
Thanks, unfortunately you cannot host the storefront on your own site yet. The closest you can do is recreate the storefront on your own site and link to the listings individually so when someone clicks on it, it brings them to the listing on Teespring.
Hey! Really thanks for this video. Plz tell if its the same case in redBabble and amazon merch as well or seller pays anything there upon returns?
Thank you for this video! I'm new to the t-shirt business, which of your courses do you recommend to get the best training? I would appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction and get started right away!

Quick question, I live in the United States and my friend is trying to order one of my shirts but it says that it will arrive in mid April. I don’t get why it is saying that long for
Hmm.. He is in the US too? Could be the issue surrounding the COVID-19 right now.. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the issues slowing printing and shipping.
thank you, Greg! Always Good one!
No problem! Thank you for taking the time to comment and for the support on this channel! I really appreciate it and as always, if you have any questions at all feel free to reach out to me anytime!
Thanks a lot. Sometimes I find it really hard to come up with quotes for the designs, as I am not a designer and have to use illustrations of paid or free sources! Besides that it seems POD is not just quantity game , quantity plus quality is the key! most of the niches are oversaturated, so you have to find new quality niches, and I quite don't get the idea how to do it properly or what's the meaning of quality niche. Do you have any suggestions to develop my skills?
I rarely do niche research anymore. I just make great designs :) That's the overall goal, a lot of great designs. In the beginning you need to have a niche specific storefront and Instagram page to get your first few sales and get your trust score so Teespring starts marketing your individual designs. The first niche is really up to you. I've seen success in a multitude of niches.
@@GregGottfriedGottfried thanks for the reply!
@@GregGottfried How do you define great design? It's really hard to know from the beginning that design will sell, even if it has the best quality graphics.
Hi Greg, thanks for the great info. I noticed in one of your earlier tutorials you said you could select "classic uploader" if you were having issues getting a listing onto teespring. I can't seem to locate where the classic uploader is. I'm having problems with the entire page just going black when I am about halfway through selecting the products to print on. It completely locks up and I have to quite out and try again. Really frustrating. Many thanks.
Thanks for asking! They finished up the new launcher 100% so the classic launcher is no longer an option. Try out using Chrome as your internet browser (that usually solves all the small issues for me). I hope that helps!
@@GregGottfried Alas no, I am using Chrome. It could be just my pathetically slow internet and ancient computer. It's just odd how it always happens when I get to accessories. Thanks for the reply.
Hmm.. Strange! You can always shoot an email out to sellers@teespring.com to see if they know anything we don't on this.
Should I set my pricing lower than the automatic price set by teespring?
Very informative
Thank you for taking the time to comment and for the support! I really appreciate it and as always if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out anytime!
do we have to print and shipping
Nope, we just upload the designs and they do the rest :)
Thanks Greg for the info!
I didnt even think about the run n gun setup. It's all good! I need help with getting my first few sales using IG. it seems people are visiting the IG Pg. but no one seems to be clicking my Bit.Ly link to my store.. Help! Thank you for supporting this community!!
Thanks for the comment and support Brian! Sounds like more patience and consistent posting with hashtags. I've seen it take anywhere from a few days to a few months to get the first sale. Remember you can use later.com to automate and schedule out all your IG posting so it takes a load off your shoulders. Make sure your content on IG is "good" (very opinionated but make sure your content is generally visually appealing) and keep trying new hashtags (very important) to connect with the right audience. I hope that helps!
What brand of shirts does Tee Spring use? Do you have the option of printing on a Bella Canvas?
They have many different options. Yes, they have Bella Canvas too. community.teespring.com/product-overview/ You can click product detail to see the shirt type.
And one more question can I add my own products that I made let's say if I made a shirt on my computer without using the teesprings website you know I just grabbed a picture of a white shirt blank and put my own logo on it and other designs can I publish that photo and put it on my website or do I have to customize and create the product on Dougherty Springs website what can I create my own designs from like another website that I enjoy using and then upload them from my computer to my website if that makes sense I apologize if it doesn't
I have a question how does the rush shipping and fast shipping
Can you please add some sample teespring, amazon merch & red bubble product descriptions?
?????
Hi Greg,
So im new to this and its really blown my mind!
Just so i understand this right, Teespring does EVERYTHING for me apart from actually designing of the product?
Example:
1. I design a t-shirt with all the sizes, colours & price.
2. A customer buys the t-shirt
3. Teespring than handles everything (manufacturing, shipping ect.)
4. I get paid the profit made? cost of making t-shirt (10 euro) sell for (25 euro) so i get 15euro profit.
Thats it?????
Does teespring automatically decide which printing centre is closer and uses that or is it printed and shipping from the country of the creator? How does teespring decide where to print the tee?
Hello Greg, I enjoy your RUclips Channel I do have a question my question is do you have any videos on Printful ? I would also like to know what you think about Printful on demand business compared to TeeSpring and Red Bubble? Thanks again for all your help.
This will help: ruclips.net/video/ZbEVFRqICP8/видео.html
I'm a new seller on Teespring, and a customer bought two different designs from the SAME storefront. They were charged $12.50 EACH for both T-shirt designs So in total, they paid $25 for shipping for two T-shirts. This high shipping may be a deal-breaker to continue promoting my designs to Teespring because that's just ridiculous.
I agree, however luckily the high shipping is just temporary and due to covid.
@@GregGottfried I contacted Teespring to confirm if this was due to Covid, and I was told this is standard shipping costs for international orders. :(
Thank you for making a video that nobody wants to make, despite the lower views
Happy to help! Thanks for watching 🙂
Great video thanks. My questions, the returns items are sent back to Teespring? and My address is not the shipping labels? Thanks and Be safe!
Great questions! Teespring has customers keep the item and Teespring sends them a second one. And Teespring address is on the shipping label :)
do we have to put all the informations in teespring settings?
No, just make sure you connect a PayPal or Payoneer account.
Thanks a lot!
You're welcome :) Thank you for taking the time to comment and for the support! I really appreciate it and as always if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out anytime!
Whoa! TeeSpring is so dope.
If the size does not fit does teespring allow exchanges
please create a video on paypal account for teespring what are the necessary information and is it necessary to connect it with bank account?
A standard free personal PayPal account is all you need. Then just enter the email address you used to make the PayPal account on your Teespring settings, and then confirm in the confirmation email.
Hi Greg. I'm a new seller in the UK, I just ordered a sample which was shipped from the US facility. I got a notification from the UK post saying there was an additional £12 customs charge due, and I had to go online to pay and arrange redelivery. I don't understand why these customs charges weren't included in the international shipping during the check-out process, and am worried that my UK customers will have the same awkward experience and be angry at what is basically a 40% sur-charge they were unaware of! What would you do to resolve this problem?
Hello Greg ! Thank you again for your outstanding tutorial and suggestions ! Can u make videos on how to promote mockups on facebook? is there a way to link the actual mockup in facebook ads section so potential buyers can directly click on it and be directed to a web site? Thank U !
Thanks! I dont recommend paid FB at all. It's too expensive for our small profit margin. Free marketing on Instagram is my sole recommendation from experience :) I hope that helps save you time and money!
Greg Gottfried thank u ! The problem i dont have a lot of followers...
Focus on Hashtags to get likes and traffic rather than followers ;)
Greg Gottfried ok thanks a lot for your advice! You are awesome! 😀👍
Can you raise this issue with Teespring? For Australian buyers, the default fulfillment centre is the USA ($15.99 + $7) but shipping from EU ($10.20 + $3) is much more reasonable. The default fulfillment centre for Australia needs to be EU instead of the US. Is there a way to set this for your own store? ie. specify default shipping points by country.
Do you deliver the stuff on teespring?
They do it all for us :)
So if I was a seller on the website do I have to keep all of my designs and products and like a warehouse myself will do they handle that meaning if I was to make a hoodie do I have to create that hoodie myself and keep it in like a storage unit myself and then ship it out myself or do they continue making that same hoodie and ship it out
So how will I pay for the shirt from teespring after it sells? Also yeah I listened to all of your other videos 😂
Great question! Teespring is one of the few sites that the customer pays for the shirt for us. Typically, when a customer purchases a shirt, we haver to pay the "cost" of the shirt from pour payment method. However, with Teespring, the customer pays for this when they make their purchase, Teespring just gives us our split of the profit to our account. I hope that makes sense and helps clarify!
@@GregGottfried it does thank you so much. I have learned a lot just by listening to your videos thanks so much for all the help
Hey Greg, but due to these high shipping rates, wont this be discouraging to the customer? as they really are very high
Does that mean that it ships worldwide?
Does anyone have feedback on whats the percentage of returns or complaints you receive from tshirt sales? Is there a video on how you address unhappy buyers?
I have a question so say someone buys my shirt. Do I ship the shirt to them, to teespring headquarters so they ship it from there, or do they just print the shirt for me and ship it and I do nothing
Great question! You just have to upload the design and make the listing. Teespring will do the shipping and all. You don't have to lift a finger after uploading the design :)
Very Informative. I am from Singapore. If I have to buy a product, from which location will I get my product shipped? And how much does it cost to ship to Singapore?
Does US TO US ship from teespring using usps, fedex, or ups? Does anyone know?
Do the creator/sellers need to pay if someone return their product?
Hi Greg.. How are you doing ... I was wondering if you can create a Video Tutorial On "How to boost Sales on Tee Spring Using Discount Codes" ... I mainly wanted to know, that I want to given Specific Codes to certain people in my network, The codes that can create. Can that be done or should it be applicable to all.
(honestly I can experiment and find out, But I feel like I get a gold stamp perfect answer when you say it :) )
Thanks for asking! I think there are 2 applicable uses for coupon codes that are worth your time to use: 1. creating codes to give to friends and family to order items 2. creating a $1 or $2 off coupon code to have linked in your Instagram (and other social media if you have them) website link. The codes that you give to family and friends are so they can get a really good deal and helps you to get initial sales. The code in the linked website on Instagram is so it gives social media visitors a bonus reasons to click your storefront link, and push them to make a purchase. You create the codes in the promotions tab on Teespring, and you create the special website link with the code built in by adding the code (and a few other letters) to your storefront link (it shows you on the promotions tab how to set a link up like that). I hope that helps!
Do they ship worldwide?
Great question. Yes they ship worldwide.
Does the customer have to pay to return shipping??
Hey my moms teespring orders keep cancelling, could you tell me why
Hi Greg! When a UK customer buys a tee that's shipped from the US, there's a customs charge, AND an inadequate shipping handling charge from UK post. But customs charges aren't built into the TeeSpring check-out procedure, so the seller can't prevent it, and the customer gets hit with a 'hidden fee' later on. How do I get around this issue?
Ok so I uploaded a unisex T and it said price $21.99 profict $9 and then I see the post and they are charging $30 for a regular tee which is ridiculous to me. So my question is... is the profit amount calculated before they take the shipping charges off? I want to lower the cost of the shirt as who is going to pay $30 for a t-shirt but if I do that then I have no profit... what do I do? tia
What do you do at 02.25 am when you can't sleep. Work on print on demand of course!
Idk if u will se this but if yes its will very help ms
Do they ship to israel? And when the buyer buy an item he get tracking number?
Why is shipping so high now? I was going to buy a sample of my shirt and it was 15.99 and i live in the US. Is it because of the virus
Hello there 1 question i have
If the product is fullfilled from us and europe and the customer orders the product inside US/Europe so how much they will charge for shipping? because right now they mentioned only shipping cost starts at 12.50 first apparel item and 4$ for each additional items.
Is this for international shipping only and also for those who living in us/eu will pay the same even though if product is designed in us/eu?
Btw im launching my designs next week on instagram so i need to know specifically in details about shipping charges. Thank you for reading hope I'll get your reply sir.
Can you please tell me if Teespring ships to India? and What are those internatiol counrties please
Thanx keep the good stuff coming

Thanks for the great videos.
Could you give me the address for your Teespring shop to see all of your products because I can't find it on your hustle design page?
I would really appreciate it
I have them spread throughout many storefronts and individual campaigns not in storefronts. The example storefront I've been using for these videos is Live Co. Clothing. I hope that helps!
Teespring make production? We are only provide design?
Yes, that's correct 👍 More updated tutorial here: ruclips.net/video/oWh4PP68RsE/видео.html
Sir ...my tshirts purchased 2 france Custumers.same place...bt one customer shipment payment $18 .second customer shipment payment $5 ...what the reason?
why does my shipping say 9.99 no matter what the product is?
It's based on the location (likely your location). No worries though, buyers are from around the world so chances are that their shipping rates to their location will be the normal $3.99.
Hi Greg, I've been watching your videos for some time now and your Teespring tips have been particularly helpful to me. I've created an Instagram theme page where I have a link to my teespring storefront and I've managed to get 12 sales so far from that, so thank you for all the information you provide first of all because it does work. I have a question though, you've said that after a couple of sales, Teespring gives us a trust score and starts showing our designs in their marketplace and through the boosted network, but as far as I can tell, after 12 sales, that hasn't happened to me yet. I've searched their marketplace for my designs and I can't find anything so I assume they're also not promoting them in other ways. And I do have all the boxes checked in the settings allowing them to promote my stuff. Do you know if there's a reason for this or could it be a mistake and I should contact them? Sorry for the long comment! Keep the good work, I love your videos :)
Thank you for the comment and for sharing this! First off, congrats on the first 12 sales! It sounds like you've met the criteria and it's just a matter of waiting. I've found over the years that a lot of things in this space take patience (often more patience than I personally have lol). But things take time to process and integrate in their systems (since the scale is so big for them). My personally recommendation for you is to keep doing exactly what you are doing and give them 1 more month to see if you start showing up in the marketplace (and you can check your analytics, switch it to views, and track that to see if organic traffic increases). If still nothing in 1 month from now, then I'd reach out. I hope that helps, and again thank you for the comment and support!
I've been emailing them for a week, and I've still gotten no response. Which really sucks since my order is a gift for Christmas
How about the live chat?
The live chat wont pop up on the home page no matter how long I wait
Even during business hours based on their timezone?
Best ratio likes vs dislikes :)
You guys are awesome :)
Hi Greg does Teespring have higher shipping during the Christmas season? I had a customer directly contact me about shipping that it was 7.99 . I said I would check into it so I did a a dummy order to see and low and behold the shipping was 7.99 then I just did it again... and its 3.99 first item etc. Needless to say I lost the sale . I'm confused . this Individual lives in the US. I also at the time checked red bubble and they to had a shipping charge comparable at the time.
Thanks for asking! Hmmm... That is interesting, I didn't pay attention to this this season otherwise I would have abetter answer for you. My gut instinct from previous experience is that around the holidays, the rush shipping option is available (or potentially by default) in order to have the items "delivered by Christmas". I know that's not a lot of help but I hope that helps a bit.
@@GregGottfried that Could be it ! I didn't check that it was for rush ship due to holiday season LOL. DERP! Thanks for preventing me from going postal LOL!
Excuse me greg I accidentally bought 3 hoodies on teespring and wanted a refund you said if you pay with PayPal you will get a refund with in 24 hrs but it still never gave my money back please help me 😭😭 I'm crying I spent 200 dollars pls Greg I need help
Hey Mate, no worries! I wish I could take care of it for you but you need to shoot an email out to teespring and they can take care of it for you :)
What's stopping you from buying your own stuff and claiming a refund? You get a refund and keep the profit.
I'm sure people have tried in the past but I don't think it's realistic. Their systems would likely flag your payment method and ban your account. Not worth it :) Much more money to be made playing by the rules lol
Does the customer have to pay for return shippings?
