Thank you. I have done a few instructional videos and my online students have also asked me to post more. I like to show the essence of a particular style rather than offer complete tabs of the way I may do a song. Once one has the foundation of the style, or styles, you can make it your own and not a copy of someone else’s rendition. That’s what why I’m drawn to this style and not written music. There you have to play what someone else wrote down. I rarely play the same song the same way. It’s the freedom one gets after the fundamentals are learned and the song is first firmly in your head then to find on the banjo. I’ll put a few more basic tutorials out there. I’ve been thinking of doing “Home sweet Home” using a few different styles. Thanks again and stay safe.
