@@zeekyzeke-c5o hmm. this is definitely a hard question to answer in a comment section hhhh. Religion was one, I used to operate from belief and I started prioritizing knowing instead. Societal construct and expectation were another, where conformity kills authenticity. A dogma I loved noticing was the autopilot unconscious behavior lol. Being driven, but not being the driver if that makes sense. Sorry for the long message, I am sure there is so much nuance that could be misinterpreted too lol but if i would give one ultimate dogma that changed me the most, it would definitely be noticing the illusory self. ik thats very abstract, but what i specifically mean here is the thinker, the do-er, the one who operates through conscious mental effort. I noticed how much of my moment to moment life was run by the grip for control my illusory self wanted, it was not operated through my authentic expression, rather a forced needy expression. It changed me significantly because it allowed me to stop operating from metaphysical assumption, mental analysis, and things of that nature. I gave space for consciousness and knowledge to be where I operated from. My conscious thinking mind wasn't the one in the driver seat anymore because I finally realized the deeper intelligence within

There is a book entitled "The Art of Being and Becoming" by a Sufi named Hazrat Inayat Khan. He emphasizes the difference between trying to completely abolish the ego vs subverting it, honing it and properly integrating it so that it is true to the soul. He talks about how the personality and the heart quality of a mystic or teacher is what attracts followers the most.

I remember writing a comment 4 months ago about how his life purpose course changed everything for me, and I remember saying "await a testimonial in 2 years." I'd like to add that I'm still on track and that things are actualizing and materializing, slowly but surely. And by 2 years I obviously don't mean that I'd be living it and killing it, it's just the estimated expectation I set for the point where my mastery will start to rapidly blossom, like that bamboo tree analogy.

The Trap Of The Toxic Life Purpose
What is the point of life purpose?
We live a life and if we don't take on a life purpose we live a toxic life purpose because of our default wiring
    Toxic Life Purpose
    - There is no mechanism in our society that aligns high paying job with maximum benefit to the society
    - If you don't consciously put effort into thinking about what kind of impact you want your life's work to have, we get swayed and have purpose chosen for us. That leads to following the toxic life purpose and harm human society and the collective
    - We all have to survive and if we don't have a conscious life purpose, the ego looks for the most convenient in terms of easiest, the highest paying or ideologically convenient (something that reinforces your existing world view)
    - Your mind has a need to have a sense of community and a sense of purpose and you don't have it, your ego-mind will want to have it. If you don't have it, it is just going to happen unconsciously, selfishly
    - We are gradually brainwashed by it which is why it is so deceptive
    - But at this moment, we can become aware of the fact that there is a void in our heart due to the lack of meaning and it's going to get filled one way or another. So you can decide to take conscious control of it and decide how you can fill it.
    - Think "what kind of impact do I want my life to have on the world?"
    - It takes years of trial and error. So give yourself time.
    - There is no quick fix.
    - The amount of time and effort you put in something, it pays proportional dividends. So choose wisely.
    - A conscious life purpose will not only remove all the suffering caused by some dead-end job but also, help you spiritually connect with the work and helps you stay in bliss
    - If you don't do it, not only do you have a gaping hole in your heart but also you are living with deep-seated misery and anger brewing inside of you because you cannot express that outside due to the negative consequences
    - In life, many of the important choices are chosen unconsciously
    - The hope is in the next five years, with the help of desire, you can figure it out and escape the wage slave
    - Check out the life purpose course! (It's actually good)
    - The key is to build a POWERFUL VISION
Thank you Leo for your unconditional sharing! And others who keep supporting me on this. I literally never made notes in my life XD and was last minute winging it, so your support meant a lot to me

I accidentally awakened my kundalini. I almost went insane. Now I move in the direction of love, and realize it was the only direction in the first place. The spiritual path has real dangers. If your taking spirituality seriously then you have to take the danger seriously as well. I’m not saying this to be scary. It’s just been a very difficult trial, being pushed through it stumbling, and with little grace. All the possibilities need to be seriously considered; otherwise you can expect things happening to you that you would consider the same as insanity. Act with love, and it has to be selfless love. Be open minded to all possibilities not believing or disbelieving in any. Thank you so much Leo, I would never have been able to pull myself out of this without your help😊

Wow. Everything you said was so spot on, and resonated so much. I have been trying to explain this to my family, the feeling of not just being on the hamster wheel, but the slave to the pay check, and so much more. I was in a very lucrative job, bought my first house, nice car, didn’t have to worry about money, however, I was not happy. I was stressed the hell out all the time! So I decided to leave this company (worked there for almost 13 yrs) cashed in my sizable 401K, and start living my life. That was August 2019. Well, I didn’t quite anticipate or prepare for what quitting that job would do. And I’m scared. I’m 49 yrs old, and trying to find my life’s purpose, while I watch everything I had worked for go out the window. I have not sat idle, by any means. I’m an online reseller & I love it. However, living in Seattle, my reseller career is no where near what it would need to be to pay for even the basics. Now, I did just get hired, but it’s doing basically what I was doing before. That’s another reason I’m scared. And I feel like the clock is ticking, and while I absolutely want to find my true life’s purpose & happiness, the whole thought of 5-10 years, I’ll be almost 60! And going back to the career that I dreaded, feels like such a set back. I will look into your program. I need help! Thank you for a great video, and explaining it so well! Angela 🙂

Exactly as you said, why live at all if not for that. Meaning, its not a cold logic but internal passion, supported by the proven pointlesness of working at regular job forms that are not conducive to your inner core. So, now doing my own thing, it is extremely time engaging ,not nearly as profitable as i had hoped for, and full of losses, but with an occasional huge win ,sometimes almost a quantum jump. :D I even almost lost my eye sight due to overworking. But, still i think it was the best decision i ever made. Still on the path, and often tired of the hustle. But still I wouldnt change it for anything... So this video really resonates. :) Thanx for sharing, I`m sure it will be eye opening for many. :)

I guess the upside of working a really shitty meaningless job for a longer period of time is that it really illuminates what does not work in life. It slowly dawned on me as well that living a life where I had to work 40+hours a week of soul sucking work is not a life worth living. And it's not out of laziness, I actually want to work hard, but I want to work hard at something that has some sense of inner purpose.

    • @pukey82
      @pukey82 4 года назад +1

@@vizuz Yes, exactly. So basically when you are not clear enough on where you want to go, this sort of hardship can be viewed as an actual compass or leverage that detours you into a more correct direction. I also actually don`t believe that people are lazy by nature, but rather ,uninspired without that obvious "beacon"/ guiding light (or a carrot :D ), that some people are sometimes simply born with. So then, that automatically drives them through motivation (external drive) , instead of inspiration (internal drive). I like inspiration 70% and motivation 30% ratio. :D Inspiration tends to be very powerful and independant, but motivation serves as a sort of a steering wheel to navigate within the external changing world. :)

its amazing, Leo. I started watching your videos at the beginning of your channel and I fell off the conscious path and now I'm back here. I've literally shed tears watching some of these videos considering all the time I pissed away. Now I'm compelled more than ever to get my shit together and NEVER slack off. It's amazing seeing this video exactly 2 days after watching your video about how to escape wage slavery, cos its so fresh on my mind and this is more than an appropriate follow-up. Coincidentally I'm now 24, deliberating what my life is going to be henceforth. I purchased your booklist a couple weeks ago, and its intense the value you're giving out here. I've just gotten through 3 of the books and I'm already experiencing so many tangible results in my life. Can't wait to get the life purpose course at this point cos It's so easy to get caught slipping out here, (the world has gotten a shit ton slipperier now than it was even 6 years ago) and I'm not going to be able to live one more day of my life if I waste another half a decade.
    Love and abundance, Master!

I work in the fast food industry part time. After 2years of staying on track with actualized videos & assignments, I have started to see how much i contribute to the obesity problem by working for this organizations that stay open at 3pm enabling people to eat unhealthy food and end up with all kinds of health issues. At this point in my life, I have to use brute force to get out of this wage slavery, this is why I am still doing this type of work that eats up the soul gradually. Even better is the fact that I am very convinced in five years I will lay the foundation to enable me live a purpose life.

Hey mate, I am purchasing your course now. I like the idea of crafting out a deeper purpose for life. On my spiritual journey I came to the point of no desires and spent time bumming around not doing much as I lost meaning and motivation to do anything after achieving my 2020 goals. But you are so right about having something to strive for in this material world. Finding that balance is key. :)

I realized (not because of this video) that I have to decide my purpose. Otherwise what's the point of life. Otherwise what use do I have. And from this video I got the idea that otherwise you're running around aimlessly, giving your responsibility away and not taking control over your own life. I've also realized that you create all the time. You shape the world and the universe whatever you do. Every action has some sort of impact to what the world is like.

This is so true and saddening to watch. And I wonder. Since I was a child I was given to drawing, playing music, enjoying art and "beauty" in general, all these were my natural inclinations from a very early age. And my parents did give me the opportunity to develop my already strong latent habilities. And today I work and breathe art. I'm still struggling to make a decent carrer out of it and money is just enough to pay the bills and get by, but I do sense purpose and meaning in creating beauty. Sometimes I do feel depressed from the hardship that is to make money working on my own. But when I sit to do what I do, as tired as I am or depressed as I might be, there is always that "flame" keeping the motion. And it is so rewarding to see my creations come to life. In the other hand I've lived with other people who have a similar "spark" but unfortunately didn't have the opportunities to develop it into something they can use, but they do have that spark and they know about it and they pursue it in one way or another, in any way they can. Others are completely clueless about what kind of purpose they could attune with and are completely lost and aimless. These are 3 different realities, and the later is the most complicated I've experienced. I absolutely don't think they are hopelessly lost, but I see their struggle to find "meaning" and that is a real hard one.

one of the best videos you have done as it gives clarity well before you have got to the end of the video. I see all the traps all the brainwash the jobs that drained the life and soul out of me but with autism and ADHD it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack for me. 30 years ago I was told it was flower therapist to me I didn't feel strong enough to do it. So I went into poetry as I have never been able to express my feelings. watching this has given me more awareness of what I allow myself to get interested in.

I'm also relieved that you're back to covering broader, more universal, life topics. Not that I don't appreciate the 9 stages of whatever but, they were just a bit too one note for me. I had a psychedelic awakening myself, and really value your ability to articulate the concepts I saw, and apply them to every day life. That's what interests me most! Anyway, thank you so much! Leo! I wanna say something to you
These days i am practicing to have less resistance towards life and situations like when something bad happens to me like a bad emotion or bad situation i immediately try to bring myself into present moment and let go of the desire to have things exactly like my mind wants and this brings me into a place of peace and happiness with out any reason
I enjoy even the hard stuff of life and even bad emotions like pain in the gym
The distinction between work and play is fading from my mind and i enjoy doing everything and nothing
Sometimes it feels strange and beautiful at the same time and literally its feels like i am high on life
And i workout everyday and do productive things and its all feel amazing
And i am becoming more loving towards my life.
I mean it so simple "Just accept every moment as it is"
And it took me years to get this one simple thing🤯

It’s just very sad the world that we have constructed to be combative against one another destroying one another to be at a higher statue or to earn a higher paycheck to try, what every the cost, to be better then someone else with all it really is is an illusion and a very bad lie.

Even If the System is corrupt (but not such as in the U.S.) the everyday work I do is very fullfilling. And its a good starting point to learn about people and their needs and troubles. It fits perfectly in my selfactualizing work and I combine my awareness practice with the work. I can the whole freaking day work on personal development and conscioussness work.

I really enjoyed this topic as I am actively still figuring mine out. I would like to think that I know what I'm made to do but I feel like there could be more. I like that you talked about the loss of morality in people's lives therfore in society in general and how people fall prey to other's selfishness or ego. I have made it a priority to not be swayed by other people's goals and purposes because I've seen that many are led to think in a black and white scenario that is damaging. Priding ones self on the fact that they refuse to knowingly set aside morals/principals and values for a chance to have what others have, is a great thing to do. It means fighting your urges and selfish wants because you see yourself as equal to the rest. Some just do not see their actions as negative just as you point out, and I would like to get more people to have the desire/capability to reflect on themselves in order to grow. I believe that is the only way to change ourselves and society as a whole for the better. To come to a better understanding of one another as well as to become the most open and honest version of ourselves. My purpose as of right now is to make people happy and to be the change that I and others want to see in this world. I can do that for myself and only me, as that is the only way to truly grow. Very interesting and insightful video

This overall is a great leveller for people.
Getting down to earth though I think overall "Conscious Life Purpose" is just too intricate for most people to really understand, there's so many nuances there that it would take them at least a month (or years if a path isn't provided, likely never) to truly get at, not that it couldn't be done as I'll elaborate. There's so many levels of development you have to go through for that, emotionally, egoically, cognitively, socially, etc... It's like speaking mandarin chinese (rated as one of the hardest languages) to someone who only speaks russian and may actually never be even capable of learning chinese. Existentially, this is probably one of the hardest languages (conscious life purpose) to learn in the context of ones personal development. It could take years for some people, but honestly, if we broke everything down into one program, that collected all the elements that you've missed out on yourself even (if you remade the program with the intention of developing a path to where you'd like to be now I'm sure you'd come up with something different), we could shift that down to months.
So in the context of shifting from and evolving synthesis to perspective we can break things down even better for people and speed up the growth curve, and then on the other end it depends on peoples abilities, timelines and even the perhaps, destiny of what they're capable of achieving combined with other influences they may have.

Thanks Leo. I’ve watched from my consciousness my soul crying through my eyes watching this.
I’ve experienced a conscious awakening 3 years ago and I’ve quit my soulless job first to try to emigrate to Australia and now luckily I, came to Spain early this year. Just in time to lose my savings while 5 months no work going on.
Besides that, I find very but very life draining to actually do any kind of job, I literally want to be dead each time I need to work. I haven’t find yet my purpose, at least I’ve already dismissed a ego fake purpose (In which I spent 1 and 1/2 year on learning and shit).
I’ve been through a lot of shit these years and of course loneliness, which I’m sure will pay off (and pays off every day because I’m wiser and resilient and shit) but still stuck in WTF I’m going to do to contribute neither how tha fuck I’m going to earn the money for investing on it.
I’m pretty good while volunteering some hours in nature but then I might need to go back to fucking life to fucking work on a fucking shit job again. I will rather be dead I can only think on how draining is and how bad makes me feel and I don’t even know if I could find motivation and mood to balance my life and still find time and energy to put in purpose path. (Let me cry over here since I’m having a 3 days in a row down 😂😖😩
When you have said “is not a luxury” I thought “IT’S OUR FUCKING RIGHT!!’ nothing less! It’s just insane to consider spend our life doing any other shit
