I'm thinking of traveling from Bangalore to Phnom via Bangkok. The cheapest flight is from AirAsia but it's says u need to do the self transfer at DMK airport. Do i need to have transit visa ? I have only cabin bag of 7 kg with me
If it’s the same airline or same PNR then you don’t need a visa. If the layover is in the same terminal for landing in Thailand and then going to Cambodia which is DMK then you don’t need a transit visa. But if you land in suvarnbhumi and your flight is from DMK then you need a transit visa sadly. Try getting a flight via Singapore usually they have flights from same terminal or try booking Singapore air it’s expensive but you won’t need a transit visa in Singapore.

Hey yeah it’s actually cheaper than many places in india if you know when and wheee you want to go to. Hotels in Cambodia ranger from 1.5k to 5k inr for budget category and for luxury it really depends on what you’re in for.
@@abhinavkumar8396 well…tbh all flights are layover in Thailand, Singapore or Malaysia mostly but I’d suggest you spend a few days in Thailand if you like and then book from Bkk to siem like I did it’s cheaper. But book 60 days in advance that’s helpful of keeping cost low.
