LS. I would think it would be more interesting to see what goes into "modernizing" a C4. Adding a 6 speed would be the cherry on top. Love the new intro!
We are definitely leaning that way 👌 It will be alot of work to modernize it properly and as I'm researching more, pretty expensive but I'm really looking forward to the 6spd first and foremost 🙏
Definitely the LS. I had a 94 firebird with the LT. it wasn’t bad but it went through 2 opti sparks. Really looking forward to watching whatever you do with it. That corvette is one of the coolest builds I’ve seen period!
Thank you for the kind words my man 🙏 I agree, those opti sparks are quite the pain in the rear. There is a company called Torque head that has a retrofit for the opti though that does look interesting BUT pricey and a lot of work to get right. We're definitely leaning more towards the LS 😎✌️
I would recommend connecting rear steam ports to the front steam ports. I did this on my C6 with the vertical outlet steam port from a truck OEM and T to the front port. A lot of people cook the wall between cylinders 5 and 7 because the steam can get trapped.
Honestly, id look into a supercharger. Build the engine to a 10.5 compression ratio. feed it only 91/93 and do not do any boost pulls till you have a good tuner dyno tune the car. the high compression ratio makes it less forgiving for timing. but you could probably put down 650~ rwhp at 8psi with a good combo.
@@RustedandBusted no worries man, I built my own engine for my project and regret going with a 9.4:1 CR, its easier to tune but its way down on power until you really start leaning on boost. a 10.5CR would make 75-100RWHP more at 8psi then a 9.5CR, the lower compression engine only gaining ground when you start pushing 20+ psi of boost (not street friendly or pump gas friendly) also, the higher compression engines just sound way better. your C4 was a incredible build. i suggest you look into doing a single video 30~ min or less on the build start to finish. It would bring attention to your channel, people wanting to see more, etc. Alternatively, if you want to do a Turbo build. I'd recommend taking a 1/4" line off your air ride system, and feed that through a regulator (to drop it to 30psi) and plumb that through mac valves to the top of your dome. This would allow you to have infinite boost control. You could run a 2 psi spring in the wastegate, then have 3 different boost settings you can alternate through. Wastegate, Boost Setting 1, and Boost Setting 2. I have this exact setup on my C10 and it works great. I run 3 psi, 10 psi and 18psi. 3 PSI being "Valet Mode" lol. the 10PSI is just Pump gas 91, and when i enable setting 3, it also turns on a direct port meth injection kit i have, bringing my 91 octane up to 99 octane so i can run higher boost then normal.
Let's not forget the amazing optispark. How could we pass up that mess of technology 🤣 I'm really excited for the turbo though! Should be fun! Thanks for watching!
You're not wrong there.. I need to film some more 😫 It's been a slow few weeks for the car unfortunately without any updates but the home renovations have taken over lately. In the next week or two I'll have an update for ya 😎

I saw the video in my feed and I was like, "who tf is this". Then in your intro.. the C4.. Oh yes... now I remember why I subbed!
🤣🤣 awesome, I appreciate the support my man 🙏 Thanks for sticking around!

This is a great tip! Thanks ✌️
love the new intro! 😍
Thanks!! ❤️

Great information! I appreciate it 🙏

LS swap the world!!! The LT would be close to the same work as the LS. So might as well get the newer better version.
Yessir!! I couldn't agree more 😎🙏 little bit of click bait there lol
Boosted LS and send it!
Great idea as always 👍
LS in a C4 is a lot of work, but my vote is the ls swap. The LT would not be much of an upgrade. The LS can do everything better including boost.

383 stroker it
That would be awesome for sure!
excuse me sir but we need more video's...
