Oh, I'm working on a few scenarios based on sci-fi or faith-based ones, but I wouldn't mind a bit if I saw you nick my concepts for the '80s "V" maxi-series ("V" & "V: The Final Battle"), Biblical Rapture or End of Days, "World War III" the '90s mockumentary & Ben Marking's unfortunately quashed BBC war broadcasts. I get the feeling you'll do a superior job on 'em if you give them a go & there's enough leeway in the ideas to have more than one way to spin them...🙃

I prefer using scansoft tom, it's closer to the actual voice.
Also, for numbers, type it in words (nine one one) rather than numericals (911)

I'm doing my first video right now, id just like to put out that. On FEMAs website, you can find null header tones, that are slightly off pitch, so they wont cause an activation. Thats what I'm using for mine. Thanks for putting this out here, I was really struggling on the video side of things.

Here a nice tidbit on that Paul voice that used to be used by the NOAA stations and other systems. Many won’t know this unless they were a blind computer user back in the late 80’s early 90’s Paul was one of the voices in the dectalk speech system the early version was a big box about the size of a printer back then.
I remover the first time I heard that thing running on an Apple 2e I literally spun around to see who was in the room. At the time that was the most natural sounding computer voice system there was.
really shows how far we came with the tech back then you need separate devices to do the speech. Now it can all be done in software.

My idea is to make a eas that starts in Czechia, where the President Miloš Zeman uses entire Czechia and Slovakia to rule entire europe, so first there will be a Radio Station playing (i will make some voices for it in czech language), then it stops, and plays the CEAS (Czech Emergency Alert System), then it will be in EAS (Normal Emergency Alert System) in US as global alert EAN

I'm using a Macbook Air. Audacity is working fine and downloaded (version 2.2.6 as of typing this comment) but since I don't have a Windows I can't find the "recording devices" thing to get the stereo mix going. Is there a way I can do this or does it not exist?

These used to give me nightmares. I keep thinking that the dates mentioned in these videos will be potential world ending date. But that wouldn’t happen for BILLIONS of years in the future. For example: a video titled: “Top 10 Scary Predictions For 2021”. One of them was apparently an asteroid would hit Earth on the 6th of May. Luckily, it was a conspiracy theory. People have improved with their scenarios. I wish they wouldn’t use sirens, as it makes it more scary. I wish someone would make a video on how to make EAS scenarios not scary.
The EAS voice doesn't work. When I go on sitepal I click on demo and it says I have to update adobe flash player and when I update it it still doesn't work.

Use google chrome, go to the top left where i says secure or not secure, click on that, the click on flash, hit allow, then refresh. That’s how I do it

Tip: Stereo mix doesn't work anymore, you have to switch your audio host from MME to Windows WASAPI.

Do an EAS Mock where Cats and Dogs attack everyone, and when The Cats and dogs bite Humans, they have an Infection called "Pet-fection" (Pet and Infection together). The Title has to be called The Pets Fight Back: A Deadly Bite. (I put the title as that because if you abuse your animal, they want to either bite you or scratch you, But this time, Their bites are vicious.)

I have a small question, how much is the video editor? I just want to know.
I think it would be badass if you did one in which a gunship from the game Children of a Dead Earth attacks the laser skiff from the Interamna mission. In that case, it's in the far future, so you can increase the resolution of the text, and increase the naturalness of the voice.
However, you should unmistakably decrease consistency of the story that the system tells, since the Republic of the Free People has a government and media that lies a lot.

Great tutorial! The only thing I would change is that in audacity, it’s much easier to change mme to windows WASAPI and then change the microphone to “[your audio device] (loop back)”. That way, you won’t have to go through the complication of not having your stereo mix enabled, you can just play it through your speakers without it. You can also use balabolka instead of sitepal, but I do see ways that each could be convenient. Also, some people’s stereo mixes don’t work, including mine even though I just installed a new driver. Also, for whatever reason, I have to export my audacity project in order to hear the audio when a play it, but that’s a different topic. Other than that though, amazing tutorial!
