  • This is a fantastic reclamation project! I purchased this books from Other Realms Comics in Honolulu Hawaii for $40. It had stains, tears, extra staple and a horrible spine roll! Everything we love for a challenging project! Come for a journey with me a I conserve the 1952 EC Classic!

Beautiful results as usual Cap'n. Nice method to find the tears once you have the wrap wet. The struggle is real trying to find those tears sometimes! I looked at Washi Arts, i assume you are using the 5 g Kozo? They have three tones, S1, S2, and S3. Which one do you use?

Thank you, Dr. Paul! Actually, this is the 6g Kizuki Kozo Cream Japanese Conservation Tissue. WA-JPPCON10147C1-F. I find it to be an excellent match for most of the wraps.
