at 7:47 for the driving test, are we okay to go through the small gap where we have buses on the left and oncoming cars?

Yes, at the point the camera car started to overtake the buses the oncoming cars had not reached the pinch point.
The fact it's the test is not relevant. Is it right or not? If it's right then do it

@23:23 the driver went i to the right hand lane? Shouldnt it have been the left?

At 23 23 there's only 1 lane. At 29 mins exit was slightly past 12 o'clock so the examiner gave the candidate the benefit of the doubt
