As a Coin and Currency collector, that seal was not used on a One Dollar Bill until the 1935 Silver Certificate series. The US didn’t even have paper currency until the 1860s!
But but I’m assuming instead of knockoff balls it had real balls of pearls or diamonds so it was made out of all genuine luxury jewels while Walmarts is just copper nickel and brass

I only heard about Tiffany and Co. from the movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s starring Audrey Hepburn. Her character will always go to their shop window in the morning with breakfast in her hand and watch the beautiful jewels glow from the other side of the glass. Great movie❤️

Tiffany still has some great deals if you go in the store and look. I have a beautiful pair of crystal candlesticks that are about 15” tall. Each one was individually made and they differ slightly in height (about .25”). Unless they are sitting close together you can’t tell the difference. My husband bought them in San Francisco and mailed them to me in PR where we lived at the time. A priest I know wants m to leave them to his parish (Anglican) when I die.
