Can this be used when the pipe is stationary and can't be rotated. I believe that is what I'm seeing when you are doing it by hand.

TOO MANY STEPS...TRADITIONAL WAY MAYBE BETTER, LATHE. ANYWAY, NICE JOB.

Jason Oct because a lathe is so easy to bring to a job site...
