My daughter is in the Navy and she stationed overseas. She's been in for 10 years. During the first Trump presidency the people of Japan asked her if she felt embarrassed by Trump as the US president. I've met people who were very grateful for Obama care. They could finally get health insurance after not having any for a long time. I love my "Obamacare" plan. Actually called the Affordable Care Act. It saved my life. I couldn't get Affordable insurance before the ACA and went without healthcare. I had been covered for three months when my gall bladder went bad. Rather than trying to tough out pain at home like I usually did, I went to the ER and had emergency surgery. My doctor said if I hadn't came in when I did I might not have made it.
In a normal civilized country you would have healthcare like any other person living in that country. But not in the 3rd world country called USA. In many countries health insurance is mandatory and therefor a basic right, not a priviledge.

I love my "Obamacare" plan. Actually called the Affordable Care Act. It saved my life. I couldn't get Affordable insurance before the ACA and went without healthcare. I had been covered for three months when my gall bladder went bad. Rather than trying to tough out pain at home like I usually did, I went to the ER and had emergency surgery. My doctor said if I hadn't came in when I did I might not have made it.

In a normal civilized country you would have healthcare like any other person living in that country. But not in the 3rd world country called USA. In many countries health insurance is mandatory and therefor a basic right, not a priviledge.

I live on a friend's property ( R but not Maga) whos sister is a Trumpist. The day after the election the sister and a friend were laughing at the despair of the Democrats. Laughing. When their SS is cut and price's keep going up do you think they will still be laughing? While my stomach turns into knots about the future with Trump in charge I have to keep my thoughts private as I can't afford to move. I spend my time thinking about what I would like to say until I'm tired of thinking about it and so can keep from saying it out loud.

When they start to complain just remind them that you thought that's why they voted for him. Don't outright say it, but constantly hint that it was obvious what was going to go down, then just go "Oh cause he said he'd do this."
