My favorite Neotropical countries are those with not so high mountains, with lots of tropical dry forests, with lots of secondary growth vegetation and with large meadows like Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, the lesser Antilles.
