Bee Pollen is a true superfood powerhouse packed with concentrated nutrition. Learn why bees are true nutrition heros. (Sorry vegans).
It's not meat
Almost everything is pollinated by honeybees. I am vegan and I am a beekeeper. They are my pets. I eat their extra pollen and honey. I eat the fruits and seeds they pollinated and I love my bees. 😂 Fruit is made by bees too and it's delicious. Honey and pollen are not dead animals. I swat flies too and I'm still a vegan.
I am a Beekeeper from New Zealand and have been taking beepollen collected from my bees for over 6months now. Without being biased there is 2 BIG! differences I noticed after taking 2 teaspoons everyday over 1month, and that is 1) I am needing to shave twice as often as I was without taking beepollen (Also finding my face hairs are more thick and harder to shave) and 2) I stopped getting white spots on my fingernails and they grow quicker and harder to clip. After the 2nd month I decided to go without beepollen for 3 weeks and noticed my shaving and nails resorting back to normal. Went back on the beepollen and the shaving and nails went to strength again. From this I know Bee Pollen actually does something. I think the big thing to know is ALL bee pollen is different and it is important you pick the pollen. My advice is to find bee pollen with lots of colors, more colors the better! As it is collected from different plants which has different minerals and vitamins to others. Like honey for example
Thank You 💯
More colors than yellow & gold?
@@UltraInstinct-yn1ftjust different shades of yellow and orange and rarely bluish tints. But he means the different shades more so than just all the grains to be very close to the same shade… best to buy from local people at farmers market.
I do the trifecta: Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, & Propolis. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. Most people today don't realise how IMPORTANT bees are to our environment. They MUST BE PROTECTED.
Well said!
I know bees are becoming far and few😢Just like everything else greedy man is destroying😢
How do you eat these? How much every day?
110%
We have a small plot of land that we don't mow, there we let wild flowers grow, the Astors draw Millions of bees! It's a beautiful thing!! Warms the heart.
Awesome!
Excellent info as always thank you!
Thanks for watching!
I wouldn't get too excited. I have been taking bee pollen for about 7 months and it has had no known effect on me. I think it is probably good for you but don't expect it to make you feel any differently.
Bee pollen are really great 🐝 I used to eat daily but took some years off and now eat lotus bee pollen, really nice! Greetings from a Swede in Beijing 🌸☀️

@@dteun great stuff, enjoy the clean air and nature! ☀️😊🌄
Thanks for sharing this video, interesting and informative.
Thanks for watching friend...
Many people like to source their bee products from small local producers, but bee pollen has been known to contain mycotoxins, so sourcing from a company like Y.S. Organic, who routinely tests their products for contaminants, may give you a safer product.
Good point
Y.S. Eco Bee Farms is my preferred brand.
Try Amish bee pollen
@@vitaliyzag4549 Yes. And, I didn't mean to say that small local producers don't have good stuff, just that they most likely don't get their products tested.
@@vitaliyzag4549 i just ordered from an Amish bee keepers close to me.
I havent watched yaws videos for a while because they had you talking like a robot. Enjoying your happy voice
I NEVER talked like a robot I assure you...
Thank you very much
Defintely make sure of your pollen source origin. Health food store (before covi) they were getting Chinese pollen - and where oh where would that come from with all the smog and air pollution plus massive toxic land area that they have destroyed over there ... having a clean air and clean land environment for your pollen.
Considering the Chinese are master counterfeiters, their Bee Pollen could be coloured lint balls. I don't purchase anything dietary from that country.
Not mine. I live in IL and they have a brand at Whole Foods
from IL.
Yes best to buy directly from local bee keepers. Also supporting them and their bees is beneficial.
Good suggestion. Also, if you cook with lots of GARLIC like I do, be aware that a significant amount of garlic sold in the USA is Chinese. I stick to organic garlic grown in the USA.

NO.
@@MADGUNSMONSTER thank you ❤️
Is it like honey and therefore very high in sugar? Can those following a low carb wholefood diet still have this product as the ratio of macros within bee pollen was not clear
The body runs on glucose.
@@rainamoonastrology14 The body ESPECIALLY the Brain can run More EFFICIENTLY on ketones which come from fats. Research the Brain on Ketones...they can slow down and even deter Alzhiemer Disease.
@@cgrisby1965 Fail sauce. Keto is repackaged Atkins. Next!!!!!
@@cgrisby1965 BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!
No there is no bad sugar in bee pollen, pollen is pre-digested food by the bees so it’s different type of sugar not like regular sugar. it does have carbs though. I am on low carb diet for most part but there is so much other benefits in bee pollen that the carbs in it are outweighed by all the health benefiting nutrients. You can’t never go 100% no carb diet. Just look for low carb food. I cut out other stuff like pasta, bread anything made from flour etc. those are the real culprits to stay away from as these foods also turn into sugar in your gut through fermentation. Bee pollen
is good if you are trying to lose wight. So if there was any harmful sugar in it you wouldn’t be able to lose weight.
why does it look like cat food
