For example, here at 2:28, this whole sequence between Wade, Cable, and Juggernaut takes place through multiple spanned solo shots focusing on different parts to finish the scene out. You see Juggernaut enter the frame, then Cable charges up his gun takes up the whole camera shot, then proceeds to being kicked, Deadpool jumps on top of him, then it focuses on his Katana's being stabbed into his neck, and then it shows him being slammed on the ground shot by shot. You feel me?
The Russo Brothers did the same thing with all of their MCU movies. First Black Panther did the same thing for the most part. I especially saw that during the Seoul, South Korea, chase sequence when T'Challa jumped from the car, ran on the side of the building, and then immediately ripped the tires off of Klause's SUV. So, when they are called comic book movies, they are in face comic book movies. At least majority of them. I personally don't ever see it in James Gunns films since he's a shit film maker.

The interesting part is this isn't a hero vs villain bit, it's anti-heroes fighting anti-heroes (mostly) even Juggernaut in this scenario's just there to rip a scumbag that deserves it in half until the X-Force show up.
