It’s going to be 2 years in march I’ve been working with that company. So point is I’m not getting pay slip for this 6 months of course and not paying tax for same 6 month but I’m going India for December. Do immigration team bother me for not paying tax or if they ask for pay slip then what ?

Hi, if switching from skilled worker to global talent visa, within 60 days of skilled worker visa , is it mandatory to apply both endorsement and visa or only endorsement can be applied for global talent? Please clarify thanks in advance

Having an endorsement does not mean you have an approved leave. It is important to apply for visa after getting endorsement.

I just got endorsed in September 2024. You have to apply for both Endorsement and visa.
