Most definitely the greatest generation. Such brave boys fighting all those years ago for our freedom. I wonder how many realize how much they gave for us. May they never be forgotten.
I feel bad for them. They got drafted into a war and didn’t know that today would look how it does. Had they known, they would have dropped their weapons and shaken hands with our soldiers called enemies.

106 years old and he didn’t look that old. I really hope they continue these videos with the Korean War and Vietnam as there won’t be anymore soldiers of WW2 left soon. My dad was a vet for the Vietnam and died at 84 on 02/23/21. I really look forward to seeing these videos. RIP Henry Naruszewicz. You had a long life and I wish I got to know you.
Gosh! I wish there were a secondary video about his secrets for longevity. He looked and sounded amazing for 106. What a story, wow! RIP, Mr. Naruszewicz.

Such a great RUclips channel. They give a voice to people who, after their contributions during the Second World War, never expected anything special in return. Thank you for this beautiful episode (they all are btw)
This was a wonderful story that Henry was able to tell. Thanks for getting this on film. My Grandpa died in Sept 2021 and had served in the Phillipines during the War . I wrote a song for my Grandpa's Generation. Ironically its called " The Greatest Generation" They certainly were so much humility with all that life threw at them. God Bless all Veterans
