      I don't bother with the baking powder, and use much less oil and just cold water for mine. Nor do I rest the dough that long.
      A hot heavy cast iron pan is essential though. I should probably right up my recipe at some stage, but it's just so amazingly easy I hadn't bothered.

    I tried this with almond flour and I wanted to use half of the recipe but I got confused and I didn't add the right amount of almond flour compared to the oil and water and so it failed. I was really sad about it because I used up all the almond flour and it's really expensive :(
