I would like to know what the impact of hiring 50% women folks in the workforce. What differences were observed in the output volume, efficiency, and work culture.
The main thing they need to improve is the weld.....the perfect the weld the stronger the binding of the metals...they need to robotize stuff that needs perfection and improve man power to increase productivity...but good use of materials left over ....as they say one man's garbage another man's treasure..

The selection pool is less, for every 100 female mechanical professional there might be more than 10000 male professional which means they will have to choose from a small number of female professionals. It will not work on a large scale either they will have to reduce their standards of hiring or they will have to leave those positions open..
1) It doesn't matter if ur having 100 or 50 percentage women . U have pay them like men . 2) if mg is increasing it's production it must increase its work force otherwise same saga will continue
It is high time that German car makers(Audi,BMW,merc) wakes up.. 100% localisation is key to success in next 2 years or else these premium brands will be swamped off..
No ICE car is efficient. We need more EV's not more petrol or diesel cars. Why spend 5rs or more per km with ICE cars when you can spend 1rs per km with an EV. And if you produce your own electricity then you pay much less than that.
