Curious, does the body treat the process of chewing sugarfree gum made with Xylitol the same as eating all the time which, in turn, cause insuline dominance? Hopefully I worded it so that you understand 🙃 I'm really trying to chew gum in the evening because I am an evening/nighttime snacker.
I wouldn't say so because you are not actually raising insulin levels when chewing gum like you do when you are constantly snacking. -LGD Team
Thanks :)
My hubby is 57 and needs testosterone-what do you suggest he can take naturally?
I would look at getting his hormones in check. Excess weight/insulin can cause your body to produce too much estrogen. I recommend joining our lifestyle to get your hormones under control. Learn more here: go.drlivingood.com/Lifestyle-Membership -LGD Team
What about menopausal women?
I would recommend our Women's Hormone Support! store.drlivingood.com/products/livingood-daily-womens-hormone-support I'd also recommend joining us for a challenge to learn how to balance your hormones: go.drlivingood.com/Lifestyle-Membership -LGD Team
@DrLivingood what if I take Estrogen and Progesterone? Is it still okay to take your hormones support?
We would recommend consulting with your prescribing physician:) -LGD Team
