I've been slowly visiting EVERYTHING from that interactive map. It's also missing several marked locations I've found in-game, and there's locations that seem like they SHOULD be a mark but aren't, but at least it helps me to not miss any more than I have to. It's not as fun as random discovery. But...I don't want to miss anything! Edit: "It's an interesting site because you fall off a cliff." There is, indeed, such a site on the west side of the map, west of the river, south of Skalitz. I kept looking, wondering why the base of this cliff was an interesting site, but finally looked down and saw the guy that clearly died from the cliff, lol.
I believe you're 100% correct on that. There are a few places that I know exist but doesn't show up on the map. Though, I will say the map is at least 90% complete. This KCD map is just stuffed with hidden things that I am not surprised that people didn't find all the hidden things around or something has been missing. And I agree with you on the random discovery is quite fun, but I do have to say some of the places I didn't even know existed and some are so well hidden that I would've never found them without a map lol
Coming from the Fallout games where discovery is rewarded, I've been going to some very remote areas that you normally would have no business finding in a typical run through in KCD. I find it really enjoyable, especially in normal mode. Still fun in hardcore mode but getting turned around in the woods is a real risk especially if you're not paying attention to your pathing. As stated by others, an "accident" or hunting spot is a life saver when you are lost. I enjoy the craziness you present Helical as it gives me interesting ideas to follow. Keep up the fun.
Fallout games like Fallout 3 and New Vegas really had some far off locations, no makers, nothing and you could find some crazy stuff in the middle of nowhere. It was like the perfect blend of exploring and actual game play at times. A little something for everyone. Fallout 4 sort of had that same edge, but it was not as interesting at the time. Maybe I missed a lot of stuff. But KCD falls into the same thing where lots of the stuff is not marked and you have to go out there and find the locations yourself to see them. Even with 1k+ hours in the game, there are a bunch of things out there I haven't seen. Give it a few more live streams of this and that might change! But glad you like the little chaos that happens, and hope to see you around for future chaotic KCD stuff :P
@@helicalgoose LOL, I will be around. I've been especially enjoying the hilarity of the killer Henry series. Been enjoying you're older stuff too. Thanks for the entertainment. I agree on the Fallout series, although I can't say anything about NV as I have failed to pick that up (I played Fallout 1 and 2 and boy did those have some weird discoveries). I will say Fallout 4 had much more of the room/scene has something to say than the others. KCD has been as fun if not more so than Fallout so far, then again I may have just needed a break from playing the Fallout series. Also, as a side note, and correct me if I am wrong, but for the helmets with a visor that moves you can run around with one with the visor (face plate) up as long as you have your weapon sheathed. Obviously you normally run around with it unsheathed for maximum efficiency for racking up body counts, so not sure how much that helps you ;)
Haha, I am glad to hear. Hopefully you're having a good time with the game. Let me know if you have any questions and I can answer any of them as needed.
So many things I have yet to find. I always stock to the roads and such doing side missions and stuff. Never really take the time to just explore. I'm such a bad Henry. Have ok 100s and 100s of hours. Multiple playthroughs too BTW. What did the charcoal burners SE of Rattay (1st canp on your Ginger search) what did they ever do to deserve being slaughtered? You said something along the lines of. "You know what you did." What? Exist? Do their job? How dare you harm the innocent Characoal Burners. You were supposed to be Good Henry
I completely agree with you on the going off the road is a bit of a pain, especially in hardcore mode where getting lost can be a real pain. Staying on the roads, I know exactly where I am going or at least most of the time. But doing this, I never see a lot of the strange things out there. But I will say even going off road, sometimes you just over lap the small things like graves which don't pop up unless you fall on them sometimes :P Haha, the charcoal burners I believe have a pretty snooty way of dealing with Henry when he was searching for Ginger. Though you're right, good boy Henry should've left them alone. Really I should make a neutral Henry because then there is no argument about if it was for the greater good removing the charcoal burners rather than leaving them alone :P
You created a nasty respawn bug which is causing area load lags and mayhem in your game. Good stress test! Hope it’s not a reproducible in KCD2. But… let’s find out next year!
Here you go! kingdomcomemap.github.io/#4/622.50/2353.00 Its a real strange link so I understand the hesitancy, try searching for Kingdom Come Deliverance Interactive map github that works pretty well :D
@@JoshuaKlein25 Indeed it’s enough of a weird link or maybe if you post link only in a reply RUclips thinks it's spam. My earlier reply vanished, lol. Lesson learned.
