    Thanks for the video. A note to viewers: the table presented at 2:53 should be taken as a rough guide, many of the cutoffs are nowhere near this clear, if they even exist. For example, in my opinion it is really not possible to say that emulsions are made with a specific range of surfactant concentration. They can be made with concentrations below surfactant cmc (could be in the vicinity of 0.05 wt%) or extremely high concentrations also (>10%). It all depends on the specific surfactant, oil, other additives, and desired application.
    On the other hand, the distinction in terms of kinetic vs thermodynamic stability is VERY important and correctly shown here.

      Try different ratios from 10-100% and look for the Microemulsion region.
