Due to carelessness, Makoto corners the group with some incriminating evidence about their identities as the Phantom Thieves. Makoto proposes a deal in exchange for erasing that evidence. The Phantom Thieves must change the heart of a local criminal boss, in order to prove their actions are just to Makoto.
