Dont suggest 2nd player. $450 per month interest vs $100k deposit. Who helps you to transfer the interest, what does your 2nd player benefit. I will just ran away w your 100k.

Your immediate family and/or spouse as your 2nd player. If worried they will run away then you have more serious issues than this.
