Well, not really. This depends on your starting point and genetics. You cant really get to 7% body fat in 30 days if you have over 15 at starting point. his physice will take time to get. you have to keep in mind his daily job is to train and the amouint of cardio he have in his "daily" routine is hard to compete with. But good insperational videos altough its clickbait.
Gaining muscle doesn't make u slow. Look at Cristian's Ronaldo. The weight u gain doesn't affect ur speed, because the amount of explosiveness and strength u gain overtakes that
