could anyone explain how the Legend ranks work in SF6? Cause I've seen players like PUNK with 2090 MR being 1st legend, but I remember seeing other players with 2100+ MR and barely on 10th or 20th?

master rate resets every 3 months (it reset on the first of this month) so it always changes
