Well done especially to the high school students for stepping so far outside their comfort zone and putting themselves out there. I am so so so proud.
I cried a lot. This is really amazing, emotional and special performance. Thank you every single one of you on the stage.
All the youth vocalists are better than other. A lot of salutations to all the performers n the platform (National Arab Orchestra) which made it possible for all of us to experience this transcendental dimension with unique kind of tonality
Guys, please let’s stop being negative and criticising at face value. At least these singers are paying tribute to the arabic musical heritage and for only this, it’s a great credit for them. What about an arab singing in Japanese would he sound that perfect? Best
Absolutely. In fact those islamists doing this are targetting those arab american kids mostly Christian(not that it matters or anything just saying) who are trying to bring forth the arab musical heritage to the West. I cannot imagine a women's choir like this anywhere in the Middle East except Lebanon. Women singing without religious outfits and being shamed for singing and/or dancing
Here's something to think about for you who leave comments hating on their voices - most of these singers are foreigners to the language and don't speak arabic. I invite you to also reflect on what you've done in service of this heritage and this music - where are the orchestras that you and your kids sing in? Why are you leaving the preservation of the arabic language and arabic art to westerners, only to then diss their solid attempts?
Despite the singers are not native Arab but their performance is outstanding..
The music is exceptional..
Thanks to all who contributed to this work..
They are original Arabs, but expatriates in America use the Arabic language little, so the pronunciation is not good for most of them
@@lareenshhry5650 there is no such thing as "original arab" anyone can become an arab because egyptians are EGYPTIAN lebanese are LEBENESE but they are considered arab because they are arabized so if a russian accepts the arabic language and the culture he becomes an original arab

with respect; to the great masters Rahbani brothers and Fairuz...
Gooood guys ✨🧡😍
Amazing😍😍
Beautiful!!
it's One of the hardest songs in Arabic (Lebanon) by the Chamming Fairouz she is a Pillar
and it's a very Sad song yet as Arabs it's perfumed with an energetic way to Banish sadness from the heart

WAHAOOOOOO....AWESOME
Amazing
Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Super.....Harika....Kuis
Are these musicians from different Arab Nations or one specific?
So glad that this association is continuing the Arab culture and music in Western world. Bravo my friends!
My guess is that the students have mostly Yemeni, Syrian, and probably Lebanese heritage. I used to handle some of the school busing in this area.
This is a famous song of Fairuz, the famous arab Lebanese singer
Ben Hayat Arab muzik = Turkish muzik
@@lybrebel14 : could you please write (in english alphabet) the 1st 3/4 words?
They are not Arabs Because pronunciation some words are incorrect

That's my daughter. She was 17 at the time.
@ali bazzi
That's my daughter. She was nervous of course. The last student did very well too.
Hope you all doing well . Great performance
Tutti costruiamo ponti Di amore e rispetto Gracie a you tube
Beautiful Music & well played, though some singers swallowed a frog
It's ok, they are students learning, not professionals.
Isn't this a feyrouz song ? What maqam ? Kurd ?
Yes..kurd
What high school, what city ? I know a few of the musicians.
Excellent, I loved it. Is this a Um Kultum or Abdul Halim?

it's all good but the first two students don't get the perfect Arabic pronunciations, props to them for pushing themselves to that limit.
You are kidding me.
Hahahah true
the musicians were fantastic, but i wanna know what the singers do with money their parents gave them for singing lessons?
The singers are high school students who live in East Dearborn and attend Fordson H.S. I doubt their parents can afford to pay for music lessons.
HAHAHA
@ali bazzi I understand bro, I just found his comment funny. I am Jordanian and I live in PA, and for sure you are Lebanese from your last name 😁
@ali bazzi I love Lebanon and make my decision, either a Lebanese beauty wife or monastic.
@@vpfluke that is an
ignorant statement. We afford our children and students all opportunities and that is why Fordson has provided the highest enrollment to Ivy League Schools from graduation, more than the other highschools in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights.
