I am thanking God he gave me the ability to differentiate a symbol from actual human conflict. A flag is no more than a symbol, while those dying on all sides of the war are ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS. In the mean time, just watch the comments section fill up with people who are thrilled that a skirmish over a symbol was won by the "good guys". The vapid and simple-minded will find comfort in this unimportant event while deaths continue to mount in the wars.
