    All the non keeb guys telling you that you're wrong and saying hall effect boards are better. LOL. Theres a reason non keeb dudes are non keeb dudes.
    This board is insane with 3 different mounting options, the screwless disassembly, magnetic jst connector. Mind blowing that you get all this customizability at less than $100

    Thank you for the review! Does the keyboard comes in the O ring mount as fresh out of box? Is there any instructions in the box to show how we can switch to top mount? Newbie here x)

    If you're gaming don't get this..
    get a Drunkdeer Hall Effect or Gamakay Hall Effect instead. Gamakay 65% selling for $70 and there 75% is selling for $90.

    • @Spec0
      @Spec0  2 месяца назад +6

      I disagree casual gamers don't really need hall effect also I have a Gamakay hall effect board it's good but no where on the level of this board

    • @dillacorn_linux
      @dillacorn_linux 2 месяца назад

      @@Spec0 Even casual gamers want a competitive advantage if the price is right.. and currently Hall Effect option prices are right!
      Do you understand the benefits of Hall Effects? It gives you 0.1 or 0.2 minimum activation travel on WASD keys. This is absolutely what everyone (if gaming in the slightest) should be trying to adopt into their setup first IMO.
      If they're a typist then sure.. but for gaming def get a customizable hall effect board instead.

    • @KolnFriedChicken
      @KolnFriedChicken 2 месяца назад

      @@dillacorn_linux As long as you don't play any keyboard specific games, you don't get any advantages from any keyboard whatsoever. For a shooter every 5USD rubberdome will do.

    • @dillacorn_linux
      @dillacorn_linux 2 месяца назад

      @@KolnFriedChicken If you played FPS games competitively you'd understand having super quick response times on your movement keys actually does make a difference in movement related gun fights.. but maybe you specifically aren't capable of competing at that skill level to understand that @KoLnFriedChicken

    • @dillacorn_linux
      @dillacorn_linux 2 месяца назад

      @@KolnFriedChicken also I want to add I've built mechanical keyboards that aren't hall effects and the difference compared to a rubber dome are huge.. the distraction of using gear that isn't consistent can be jaring. It sounds like you just haven't experienced a super good set of gear.. it takes more than just a quick hall effect keyboard to feel the difference.. you need the right monitor, GPU, CPU, keyboard and mouse you're comfortable with and perform at a high level to detect performance improvements.. it's not like a hall effect is a night and day difference.. there is a difference even if you can't see it as long as the hall effect keyboard is configured correctly.

  • @faranocks
    @faranocks 2 месяца назад

    Eh, no rapid-trigger. I know you don't "need" that functionality, but by the same metric then the apple magic keyboard or dell generic rubber dome is all you "need" either.

    • @floaTyturd
      @floaTyturd 2 месяца назад +6

      99% of games don’t even benefit from hall effect switches or rapid trigger. Ergonomics, portability, layout, wireless connectivity, customizability, etc. are the real metrics to go by if you wanna determine what you “need.” And in that case, an apple keyboard probably isn’t gonna cut it

    • @faranocks
      @faranocks 2 месяца назад +1

      @@floaTyturd The two/three games I mainly play all strongly benefit from rapid trigger (CS, osu!, Apex). This isn't the case for everyone, but with the title being a sweeping generalization I don't think my comment is out of hand. I really don't think there is a one-size-fits-all keyboard, and that's ok, but that's also going against what this video is saying. Also I don't know how strong this keyboard is. A sturdy plastic case is stronger than a cheap or thin metal case. I just don't think this keyboard needed to be represented the way it was is all.

    • @floaTyturd
      @floaTyturd 2 месяца назад +1

      @@faranocks i mean it’s a youtube title. it’s going to generalize and stretch the truth a little bit, but that is to be expected. the video itself is a pretty solid representation of the keyboard without overstating anything, despite the slightly exaggerated title

    • @Spec0
      @Spec0  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes you don't need it but if you're extremely competitive and good you're gonna want every advantage

      I made that title because I think out of all the keyboards I've tried and many I see on the market this offers the most at a $90 price and is the best value board or one of
