People have already disconnected the turn signals which doesn't effect the other lights. People can pick whatever negative things about it but for the price there should be no negative comments if this was a Axial or Traxxas it would be in the $500 range need a say more.🙌
I like the signal lights. I'm wondering how to add the bumper lights to the off road bumper it comes with. Do you know? Adding it is like adding a new channel to the radio? I'm new at this. Thanks!
You Sir are my favorite person right now. Mine is on order, and I've been sitting here wondering how I was going to rewire the lights so it had consistent tail lights on at all times. You have solved that problem for me, and I will now sleep well tonight! Thanks again.
Great review. That LC80 is pretty sweet. Really hope FMS keeps the 10th scale stuff coming. Be cool to see their version of a High Trail. Solid video as always Adam 👍
It's definitely a great looking truck, like usual from FMS. When they did the introductory $300 offer I was like, "I want one of those, now!", but when I checked it was US only, so no FMS LC80 for the rest of us. I'm guessing by the time it gets here it will be closer to 5-600 bucks, and at that point I prefer building something myself.
I must say it's yet another great video. I really enjoyed this it would be good if you could do some more 1/10 scale stuff I love the format of your videos. So keep up the great work and a little more 1/10 stuff would be great 👍🏻
I can only Afford 24th scale. Would love a 10th scale but i couldn't afford to fix it if it broke. It's weird to see that huge thing on your desk. You Rock
Wow your doing 1/10 scale now? Awesome Sucks no portals 😊but I guess more of a trail truck And I agree not a fan of the blinkers always coming on and I’m cringing with all that body rub. Lol
I wish they made it for their fcx10 this is like a fcx10 base camp . I almost bought it but I want it on a fcx10 chassis . Might have to get just the body and body mounts.
Hello. I am still new to RC crawlers. Seeing all of these new trucks being released and then going out on a day and seeing the effort enthusiasts go to on there axles to make them align parallel to links instead of being parallel to the ground. Is there a reason the manufacturers do not mold the axles to do this ? I mean even now on this truck its just seem such a simple thing to do and fix.
Can the body be lifted a little bit more by changing the spring leafs on top of the axles? A little lift can add more accessibility when crawling, I guesd...🤔👍
Beautiful truck, i really like it! How can you add the lights to the bumper lenses? Would I join the headlight to a set of two to make them work? I'm new to this...I pre-ordered it and I like the offraod bumper as well. In another review it seems like the reverse lights are where the brake lights are, can that be moved? I guess I'll see when I get it. But I'm interested in adding leds to the bumper lenses and anywhere it may need them. Thanks. Nice video!
Thanks for this video man, what is the wheelbase length of this? Would it be close or same as the TRX-4 Sport or the Defender? It's nice to have so many RC options, but I can't buy this right now I just got the Ascent Fusion this year (the best crawler in my fleet) and then I got a couple SCX24 with one of them turned in completely to a MEUS MB24 with Iso-Kinetic axles. Plus I still love my TRX-4 Defender as my trail truck that I turned in to a Jeep Rubicon seen in my channel here and made some updates on it.
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am looking to buy my first scx24 which one will be best to get???? Anyway thanks for al the awsome content
They are all basically the same. Just buy the one you think looks coolest to you. Me personally I’m gunna pick up another one and it’s gunna be the new Lexus gx because I own one myself
I'm still confused as to why they made this a lexan, especially when their FJ40 is hardbody & the 1/18 LC80 is also a hardbody. I was so stoked when this was announced & then severely disappointed when I saw it was lexan. Then seeing how quickly the cargo rack broke, too... it's obvious they cheaped out on this, & pretty severely. Pretty disappointed in FMS.

For those of you wanting running lights on the rear, unplug "Back 6" and plug it to "DRL 3" on the LED controller located on the body.

Can't wait to see if they come out with upgrades 😊
What a beautiful piece!!
Great video Adam, I like the performance you put thru with new fms fcx10 Lc80. Nice run.

Hahahahaa 😂
Love the overhang photo. 😂
Same thing I thought when I seen this.. id be extending that front axle about 4 or 5mm..
😂 Sweet, got notice mines arriving today! Perfect timing, I’m a watch Cape while I wait.

Great video... thanks again. And what an amazing place to run.
I want one. Just wish it was all black to match my 80. Great trail run 👊
Great video as usual.
😂😂😂That dog and lc80 look just alike. It is a nice looking rig though.I like it.
Better tires & good tire inserts will vastly improve it.
Just waiting rather impatiently for mine to arrive.
Picked up one the other day loooing forward to modifying it when oarts are released . Im thinking portals might ne great eith bigger tires
Wish it was a 1979 ford bronco body, but it looks awesome.
Adam i agree hate the blinkers, I would unplug or cut the wires. ( annoying + battery kill )
Nice rig! Now I'm torn between the LC80 and the refreshed axial Basecamp. 🤔
Same. I like the lc80 body and scaleness but the basecamp is a better truck I think
Basecamp all the way
Damn those places to drive,i can only dream
Wow your doing 1/10 scale now? Awesome
Sucks no portals 😊but I guess more of a trail truck
And I agree not a fan of the blinkers always coming on and I’m cringing with all that body rub. Lol
Nice video. I like FMS. I have a 1/12 Jimny. Maybe something about the Axial SCX 10 III Jeep CJ-7?
I wish they made it for their fcx10 this is like a fcx10 base camp . I almost bought it but I want it on a fcx10 chassis . Might have to get just the body and body mounts.
I would like to see this one versus the pro on a little run off Roading lol see how much really there’s a difference

Hey Adam, do you think you'll ever do a review on the CrossRC NT6?🤔 It looks so crazy and cool hahaha
Beautiful truck, i really like it!

What batteries are yall running in the fcx10
2nd person?

325mm wheelbase, which is nearly identical to the TRX4 I believe
What would you upgrade first? 😅
Tires, wheels, servo
How rigid is that in the twist test I showed you in person when I got those axles from you I did on the SCX10 vs VS10 Phoenix?
It feels like an scx10. Not nearly as rigid as the vanquish
I really want to like it but it just seems a bit “off”. Big 1/18 1/24 FMS fan too.
Is it waterproof? My TRX4s get submerged often with nonissues
Yes it is, or at least they claim it is!
Where is the crawler course at? Id love come out if it's open to the public.
It's in West Yarmouth, MA. It's open to the public but tough to find. It's an old sand pit out in the woods
Hardbody or polycarbonate??
Poly
just unplug the turn signals , still functions the same
Im wondering could this body be used on trx4 sport 🤔🤔
Yeah. I think it's also a 12.3
Did they explain the reasoning for the goofy front fender arch?
Scale tire would be like 42" so it looks trimmed.
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am looking to buy my first scx24 which one will be best to get????
Anyway thanks for al the awsome content
The one you like the most.
That is rule number one : have fun
They are all basically the same. Just buy the one you think looks coolest to you. Me personally I’m gunna pick up another one and it’s gunna be the new Lexus gx because I own one myself

No drag brake 😢😢

All that trouble to make it look scale then they put indicators on it. Who the hell indicates off road 🤦♂️🤣
Very nice machine. Mine finally arrive to my local store💪😁💛🟧❤️🔥
