Love u Wattie im proud of my Scots roots as well, grew up in Northern England but never lost my love for the Scots and their brilliance as one of the warmest and most beautiful countries u could ever visit, so miss Glasgow x
Fuck yeah! Always loved the Exploited! I stay in Fort Worth TX. First show I ever seen. Exploited opening for D.R.I. at Medusas in Chicago!! God damn good o'days!
TheExploited ,started all the scean,in the uk.and everyone picked up on ,and just let the way for almost everone.PUNKS NOT DEAD!!!!!We just got older!!!!!🍻🥃🍻🥃
from barcelona...katalunya....THANKS &CONGRATULATIONS ZETRO...FOR THE INTERVIEW!! IT WAS GREAT TO WATCH & LISTEN TO YOU BOTH...NOW I CAN PUT ALL THE EXPLOITED'S PUZZLE PIECES TOGHETHER & FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW THE EXPLOITED STARTED!! CHEERS LADS BIG HUGS...SLÁINTE!!
He mentions Alex Harvey - I think any Bon Scott fan should hear Alex Harvey. As far as James Brown, some funk stuff is actually real intense and heavy. The extended jams of “Cold Sweat” and “Super Bad” are emotionally as heavy as thrash metal to me. Musically different, but the intensity is there.
Never thought id see these guys play and whem they started touring again got my hopes up and then twice i had the chance to see them it got cancelled due to watties health which is understandable and then a year later exploited returned to LA and played a hell of a show and wattie was ripping.
Saw them Fri. May 24 up in Sac. Listen to the A's Game on the way up and then watched EXPLOITED rip everyone a new asshole. "Live at the Whitehouse" back in the day was huge for Combat records, and their last release "Fuck the System" is the shit. Fuckin' way to go Zet. ruclips.net/video/11rViJvQRaA/видео.html
I never got to see the exploited, but I did get to see punk shows at the fab mab in the late 70”s and early 80”s, my uncle was in a punk band back then and I would see them open up gigs for the misfits and dead Kennedy’s, first time I ever saw slam dancing! Scared me at 12 years old but it was the precursor to thrash metal to come!
I've met Wattie a few times and he's always been cool as hell! I can't understand half of what he says though, ha ha. Hopefully The Exploited come back around to Denver, cuz they had to cancel last year's show due to Wattie's health.
Wonder if you'll ever get Ex Guitarist Big John Duncan (the fat Guitarist who honestly looked like the Bass Player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) interviewed Zetro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean what were the *real reasons* behind him leaving the Band apart from some rumour about him y'know being Gay?????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I dunno... something tells me it wasn't really anything to do with Homophobia....
great interview zetro i love punk...your right without punk n hardcore there is no thrash metal...would love to see you interview vinny stigma

Zetro looks like he has to focus as much as I do to make out that accent!

I once watched a metal documentary that thrash metal took the attitude from Punk and made it heavier and riffier.
I am from Slovak republic...Im not use to this accent...subtitles please! 😎
I'm not an English native speaker, either, and in fact I have a Scottish boss but Wattie makes him sound like bleedin' Prince Charles!!!
Awesome interview! Exploited Barmy Army!
