Hopefully that's not been bad for the Husky's socialisation. These dog parks are like the Wild West.

The best thing is how calm you are. People over react and it makes the situation for the dogs worse. I have a German Shepard/Malamute mix and a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
At least the woman with the child is being more dominant to the Bully than the guys were. When our Collie/Keeshond and our GSD mix started an argument all I had to do is yell,”HEY! Knock it OFF!” and it was over. They have both passed on now.
If I was the owner of that bully I would have immediately pulled him off the husky puppy, scolded him and put him on a leash. In which if he kept acting up I would have taken him out of the park and taken him home. Not sure if that's the entirely correct thing to do, yet it's what I've done in the past and it seems to work well to get them under control and get them to understand their behavior is not okay.

And if it is dominance, how can i train her to not pick fights with other dogs (should i call her to me just like how you do with Canela?) (i'm trying to get serious informative answers that will help me. "Duh"s arent helpful at all)
I see way too many American bullies with unstable temperaments. I feel like the emphasis on breeding a more exaggerated looking version of pitbulls and staffies has ruined their temperament and made them more unpredictable. Like even a gamebred pit bull is predictable. But these am bullies, not really.
Undersocialization is a massive problem within this type of dog, most of the time the owner doesn't understand the prey drive these dogs have and how much socialization they require from a young age. Also, where im from, we have a massive issue with people using these dogs for status and as such excuse and praise negative behavior and a stressful dog.
They are a popular breed to bad people. A bunch of people use bigger/stronger dogs to feel tougher, but never actually train the dog professionally. It’s very common for people to treat animals like objects, so it’s not really surprising. The reason they are so “unstable” is because they are bred with a lot of energy, strength, and intelligence.
the unstableness comes from the fact that they are terriers. terriers are pretty high strung and usually dont take crap from other dogs. they have a feisty temperament because they were bred to eradicate rats and other vermin with nasty attitudes. here is a pit mix doing what it was bred to do ruclips.net/video/6kPSAfweKwU/видео.html here are smaller terriers doing the same ruclips.net/video/5_qUdwfxBVQ/видео.html .

There's the Bull Terrier. Miniature Bull Terrier. American Staffordshire Terrier. The Staffordshire Bull Terrier. The American Pit Bull Terrier. The American Bulldog. The English Bulldog. Now. Allow me to break that down even further. All Bully breeds (with exception the American Bulldog) was created for Bull Baiting dating back to the time of William Shakespeare. Bull Baiting is where a bull is tied out to a stake in the middle of the market square (let's say Times Square as an example for a moment). Bulldogs were set upon the bull and bets were taken to see which dogs could last the longest against the bovine. This is why they have the short noses & undershot jaw, to maintain their firm grip, but be able to breathe as they did so. It was believed at the time, by harassing the bull would elevate its heartrate & blood pressure thereby somehow tenderize the meat when they butchered the bovine afterwards. Now. This sport was outlawed in Europe by 1858. Side note: Cock fighting & bear baiting was also going on prior to 1858. After these sports were banned, that's when the pit fighting happened. Anywhere a pit could be constructed - that's where those fights happened. Anyway, from 1500s/1600s to 1858, is a long way to create/develop and breed a gamebred dog. When the American Pit Bull Terrier came to America in the 1800s, the American Kennel Club did not want to associate with its history as a fighter. In the 1930s, people tried to get their American Pit Bull Terriers registered with AKC but weren't allowed to do so. So, they changed the name to Staffordshire Terrier, BUT the Staffordshire Bull Terrier was already an AKC breed. So, the name was changed to American Staffordshire Terrier. There are so subtle differences between the three breeds that a DNA test can't even reveal which is which. The American Bulldog came about in the 1800s as a catch dog. Its job was to catch and control semi-wild cattle & hogs on the open range.
