My first board and a GREAT recommendation from Girard! This board has been perfect to get started on the surf and will serve well in the canals as well. I’m looking forward to a more aggressive board now that I’ve built up my skills in a variety of conditions. The Wideboy is a fantastic board to learn on and building confidence. It will be handy for taking around the local canals and rivers with the cargo net to hold flotation and for sharing with family and friends when they come to visit. I love the paddle too! Girard provided excellent no pressure expert guidance and great pricing! After a year of looking for a SUP I couldn’t be happier with my board and thankful I found SOBE Surf!
