I own a 1.5hp Kolin window type S series inverter. One of the biggest cons nito is mahina ang buga ng hangin. Kahit anong cleaning mo pa, kahit e chemical mo pa ang evaporator. Worse talaga ang buga ng hangin, kaya ang tagal nyang palamigin ang room, dahil hindi nakakapag full throttle ang compressor. And ang dami nga nmn talagang technical vlog sa youtube na mahina talaga ang buga ng hangin ng Kolin window inverter. (But i dont like their solution) Kahit e service mo pa every six month, di mo na ma e babalik ang buga ng hangin nung brandnew. Possibly sobrang tight ng clearances ng evaporator fins, that it gets easily clogged up with dirt and molds. You can clean the front and back of the evaporator, but yung sa middle dun ang possible clogged up. Di nga makatagos ang tubig ng pressure washer.
Ano po ibig sabihin ng H3 na lumalabas sa display screen ng AC namin tas ang init po ng boga ng hangin ano po ang dapat kong gawin evereytime na Mag H3..kolin inverter S Series din po AC namin.. Sana po masagot

Magkano po bill nyo gamit ito po, bought a second hand unit para bumaba ang kuryente namin kasi umaabot ako ng 9k gamit ung point 75 lang na ac ko na semi inverter hopefully bumaba bill ko
Super love ko yung nabili kong AC same unit na yan super tipid tlga sa kuryente. I think naka on yung AC ng 12hrs mahigit pero dumagdag sa bill is around 1k - 1.2k lang though mahal ko sya nabili pero sulit sya tlga sa everyday usage! 😊

Bagamat ang paggamit ng Inverter AC nang mas matagal ay mas nakakatipid compare sa non-inverter AC, ito ay patuloy pa rng kumukunsumo ng mababang electric consumption na maaaring magdulot ng pagtaas ng inyong electric bill kung gagamitin ng 24 hours araw-araw. Hello K-buddy, yes kaya naman but yung energy bill niyo might also get higher since almost 6 days straight tumatakbo yung rate ng kuryente niyo. In terms of durability may difference pa din po ang dalawa, since air conditioners need air circulation upang mapalamig yung kwarto. So during air intake na-eexpose ito from different airborne contaminants , na nag-cocontribute sa wear and tear ng mechanical components nito if ever hindi ito nalilinisan regularly. So kung walang patayan ang aircon, continuously din ang air circulation nito at pag higop ng mga contaminants. Unlike sa refrigerator na hindi na kailangan ng air circulation para mag palamig ng mga products. Hopefully this helps!

Hello k-buddy, to set your ac to TIMER-OFF with sleep mode; 1. AC should be on to set it to TIMER-OFF 2. Press TIMER button (T-OFF and H icon will blink on the display of remote) 3. Set your preferred time by clicking "+" or "-" button. 0.5H means 30 mins, example kung gusto niyo po i-set ang timer-off ng 3 hours, ang lalabas po sa display ng remote niyo po regarding sa time is 3H. Note: Within 5 SECONDS dapat ma-set niyo po yung preferred time niyo po or else, ma-cacancel po yung timer automatically. 4. Once nakapili na po kayo ng time, press lang po ulit TIMER button to confirm. (T-OFF and H icon will stop blinking once na confirm). 5. Then press SLEEP button Hopefully this response is helpful!

Hello Sir Jr! There are many factors that can affect the cooling performance of an aircon para maabot yung "akmang lamig" na gusto niyo po. Example, kung ang kwarto niyo po is not well-insulated, meaning, continuous din ang pasok ng init so mahihirapan po ang aircon na maabot yung "akmang lamig". You can set it naman po at 16 - 17C if ever mas comfortable po kayo sa ganon na temperature setting. It is very common naman these days since sobrang init po talaga during summer. But, if you want to maximize your energy savings, our recommended temperature setting is 23-25C. Since, not only mas matipid ang comfort cooling settings na 23-25C but it also provides you more comfortable cooling experience.

Super love ko yung nabili kong AC same unit na yan super tipid tlga sa kuryente. I think naka on yung AC ng 12hrs mahigit pero dumagdag sa bill is around 1k - 1.2k lang though mahal ko sya nabili pero sulit sya tlga sa everyday usage! 😊

1. Defective Fan Capacitor
2. Defective Fan Motor
3. Lastly po is clogged na po ang evaporator fins kaya di na po nakaka absorb ng maayos na hangin.

Dapat po naka-low slope po ang ating unit. It should have a certain angle sa back para po ang water from the evaporator (front) makapumunta sa likod.

Bagamat ang paggamit ng Inverter AC nang mas matagal ay mas nakakatipid compare sa non-inverter AC, ito ay patuloy pa rng kumukunsumo ng mababang electric consumption na maaaring magdulot ng pagtaas ng inyong electric bill kung gagamitin ng 24 hours araw-araw. Hello K-buddy, yes kaya naman but yung energy bill niyo might also get higher since almost 6 days straight tumatakbo yung rate ng kuryente niyo. In terms of durability may difference pa din po ang dalawa, since air conditioners need air circulation upang mapalamig yung kwarto. So during air intake na-eexpose ito from different airborne contaminants , na nag-cocontribute sa wear and tear ng mechanical components nito if ever hindi ito nalilinisan regularly. So kung walang patayan ang aircon, continuously din ang air circulation nito at pag higop ng mga contaminants. Unlike sa refrigerator na hindi na kailangan ng air circulation para mag palamig ng mga products. Hopefully this helps!

Hi goodmorning, to answer your question po, based po sa inyong size ng kwarto na paglalagayan ng aircon, you can use po 0.6hp only for the area of 9 to 11 sqm po. and 1.0hp po kasi is recommended for the area po na merong 13-19 sqm.

Hello, question. Bakit ganun yung kolin inverter ko (KAG110RSINV-1hp) During 1st week of purchase naachieve nya yung desired temp. Pero after 2nd week kapag naka set sa 24C Yung temp ang maximum na temp na naaabot lang nya is 25. Kapag 23 naka set 24 naman ang maximum.
Nalaman ko ito kasi bumili ako ng separate room temperature checker.

Hello po Ma'am, since inverter po gamit niyo mas okay po if you will operate your aircon continuously like 4 hours straight or 8 hours straight but NOT on the point of 24/7 kasi mapapamahal po kayo lalo since 24/7 din tumatakbo yun rate ng kuryente mo po. Example, you can try naman po, 4 hours straight use ng ac then let it rest for 2-3 hours then on again for 4 straight hours. Set your aircon at comfort cooling settings of 23 - 25C para ma-maximize energy savings.

1. AC should be on to set it to TIMER-OFF
2. Press TIMER button (T-OFF and H icon will blink on the display of remote)
3. Set your preferred time by clicking "+" or "-" button. 0.5H means 30 mins, example kung gusto niyo po i-set ang timer-off ng 3 hours, ang lalabas po sa display ng remote niyo po regarding sa time is 3H. para linisan ang inyong filter gumamit kayo ng soft bristle brush or sponge na may kasamang dishwashing soap or kahit anong liquid soap. avoid using bar soap please.

Hello po K-buddy! Make sure po naka OFF STATUS and PLUG-IN ang aircon bago pindutin simultaneously ang "-" + "mode" button.
1. Let your aircon under OFF STATUS while it is PLUG-IN.

The orange light near the "Filter" button is the feature called Filter Clean Indicator. This feature is a reminder to clean the Air Filter. The LED (light) will illuminate after 250 hours of operation. To reset after cleaning the filter, press the "Filter" button and the light function
will go off.

Hello Sir Jr! There are many factors that can affect the cooling performance of an aircon para maabot yung "akmang lamig" na gusto niyo po. Example, kung ang kwarto niyo po is not well-insulated, meaning, continuous din ang pasok ng init so mahihirapan po ang aircon na maabot yung "akmang lamig". You can set it naman po at 16 - 17C if ever mas comfortable po kayo sa ganon na temperature setting. It is very common naman these days since sobrang init po talaga during summer. But, if you want to maximize your energy savings, our recommended temperature setting is 23-25C. Since, not only mas matipid ang comfort cooling settings na 23-25C but it also provides you more comfortable cooling experience.

Hello sir! If you mean sa "continuous" niyo po is 24/7 continuous operation that would be a NO. Yes okay siya for continuous operation like 8 - 12 hours straight, since nacocontrol ng inverter technology ang speed ng compressor once na-reach nito ang set temperature. 24/7 continuous operation also means 24/7 din tumatakbo yung rate ng kuryente. Mas makakatipid pa po kayo 12 hours straight operation vs 24/7 operation.

@@kolinphilippinesofficial hi po, sagutin ko po sana ung paggamit ng exhaust fan. Para po ata yan magamit ang isang AC sa 2 rooms po. Yan din po sana ang balak nmin kc nahihirapan po kming mainstallan ang isang room pwede raw po gamitan ng 2 exhaust fan ang isang room, may exhaust fan na hihigop papasok sa isang room ang lamig and another one para ibalik ang lamig sa kabilang kwarto para magcirculate ang lamig. Ok po ba yun?
