hi kakabili ko lang ng primus gold. unfortunately hindi ko makonek sa smart phone ko yung AC. i followed the installation manual of the application, kaso hirap makakonek.. i hope my video kayo paano gamitin yung smart phone as controller. thank you

Sana may video explanation ng modes PH weather conditions - cool mode, dry mode, auto ex factory setting, health, and scavenging function. Operational lang nasa manual eh. Walang functionality.

May "PU" icon pong nakalagay sa display ng unit. Ano po kaya ang ibig sabihin nito? Kahit anong setting na pindutin di daw po na display.

Good day! Ask ko lang po if need pa ilagay sa fan mode muna bago ilipat sa cool mode kapag i turn on ang ac, masisira ba ang ac kapag nasa cool mode siya agad?
May video about sa question na ganyan sa FAQ nila dito. Isa yan sa nasagot ata. Yung settings na recommended

Narito ang steps upang mai-set ang timer ng inyong Primus Gold:
Para sa timer ON o Automatic na pag-ON ng unit:
-Pindutin ang "T-ON" sa remote. (Dapat mag-blink ang "ON" sa remote)
-Pindutin ang "▲" or "▼" at i-set sa oras na nais mong magbukas ang unit.
-Pindutin ulit ang "T-ON" upang i-confirm ang timer ON.
Para sa timer OFF o Automatic na pag-OFF ng unit:
-Pindutin ang "T-OFF" sa remote. (Dapat mag-blink ang "OFF" sa remote)
-Pindutin ang "▲" or "▼" at i-set sa oras na nais mong tumigil ang unit.
-Pindutin ulit ang "T-OFF" upang i-confirm ang timer OFF.
Ang oras na nakalagay sa remote ay naka-24 hours format. Salamat K-Buddy!

Ang "I FEEL" button sa iyong remote ay para ma-activate ang "I FEEL" function. Sa function na ito, ang iyong remote ang magde-detect ng ambient temperature sa iyong kwarto upang ma-adjust ng unit ang ibinibigay nitong lamig. Panatilihing malapit sa iyo at within the area ang remote controller kung saan marereceive ng indoor unit ang signal kapag ginamit ang function na ito. Ilayo rn sa sobrang maiinit o sobrang lamig na position ang remote upang maiwasan ang inaccurate detection ng temperature.

Hi K-buddy Leny, kindly follow the procedure below and please let us know if it works with your aircon.
1. Register aircon to EWPE Smart Application (there is a procedure here)
2. Sign in to Google Home
3. Click "+" > Set Up Device > Works With Google> Search EWPE Smart Application > click Nethome Plus> Click 'Continue' > sign in your EWPE Smart account
4. Wait for the linking of EWPE Smart account to Google Home App
5. AC should be detected now.
Note: You have to set up your own Google smart speaker on your Google Home App to control the AC using voice command.
