Great review.. I upgraded my Wife's 256g iPhone 8+ to the 256g Graphite 13 Pro & she only watches RUclips Live Streams. Out of the box it was almost at 100% charge but on her 2nd day without charging, she had 10hrs 54min On Screen time. She's in love with this phone.. That's LTE (no 5g on) Bluetooth always On & she googled a few things & set up her settings in the phone. I'm very surprised! I thought my Note 10 Plus was a beast but not! I almost got the 512g 13 Pro Max but waiting on the 14 Pro Max. The 13 Pro is a great battery packed phone. I did experience the micro camera going in & out as you move closer to the subject. I'm sure that can be fixed with a software update. 🤟
just got mine yesterday, its a 128gb variant but the graphite colour is so on point. To the point it's grown on me as a pro colour for the pro model iPhone.
I upgraded from a 12 pro max Pacific Blue to 13 pro max Sierra Blue. I now can see the difference between the promotion display and the awesome battery life. The 12 PM's battery got worse over the year, even for a moderate user like me. I would get less than 6.5 hours or battery life, which is still good but that's only for light to moderate usage. I would unplug my phone at 7:30am and I would be at 35-40% by around 3pm. As for my 13 PM, I woke up yesterday at 5am and disconnected it from the charger at that time and by around 10pm, I still had around 35-40% left with the same screen activity as what I have always been doing (checking emails, watching YT vids, checking on my socmeds, listening to Spotify). I've always been a battery life over everything else kind of guy, so the significant increase in the 13 PM is a much welcome change. My hands adjusted pretty quick after noticing the weight difference.
Pretty sure you can return it to apple up to like 2 weeks after buying it, even if it’s opened. That is if you bought it directly from them. At Christmas they extend this to a month

I have a 144hz gaming laptop since a year now and i can easily tell the difference between 120 hz and 60 hz. Its the next step in terms of displaying how fast is technology getting. No matter how fast ur device is if its 60 hz it will still look slow so this is a great step by apple 💯
Have been waiting to see your review before I decide on whether I should upgrade to the new one. Nobody makes reviews that are as aesthetically pleasing as you!
5 years with the 7, I just ordered my 13 pro yesterday. 32gb storage is just not very relevant nowadays anymore. I'll be missing the home button for sure.
A lot of people get hung up on visual and noticeable obvious changes every year when it comes to smartphones. They totally miss the power and value behind under the hood Changes and refinements. Id rather companies improve on the weak areas in the next iteration of a device than constantly trying to implement some new revolutionary tech or feature that will feel extremely beta and just create more areas that they now have to spend even more time improving on versus reaching a place where a device is near perfection. It's one reason why I switched from Android to an iPhone in 2018. Sure apple may be late to some features or tech but their changes and updates always seem more thought out when it comes to both hardware and software and it pays off big time in the long run and stability and consistency in user experience. iPhone 13 seems like the epitome of this mindset.
Came from Xs max to 13 pro max and felt the huge difference! 120hz is super smooth that when i borrowed friend’s 12 pro max and 11 pro max i thought it was kinda slow and lagging lol but that’s just the 60hz vs 120hz
I think every phone review should review call quality. I have yet to use or talk to anyone with an IPhone with blurry FaceTime issues, echo calls and drop calls. However, Good review I enjoyed the video. Thanks
Yeah, after you basically downgrade the 12 pro max battery from the 11 pro max, it feels like a upgrade, but you really just fixed a problem you created.
sorry but the 13 pro max crush the 11 pro max by a large margin ... the 11 was the champ for iPhones yes so far, but now this 13 pro max is the champ of all smartphones... and the autonomy is quite outstanding.
@@NichoD3 There are two major differences between the 13 and 13 Pro; 120 hz and the cameras. I don’t appreciate 120 hz as much as I thought I would, you just forget it’s there after not very long. I guess it’s nice to have though and I definately see the difference when going back to a 60 hz device. But if you’re someone that’s never used a 120 hz device before, I don’t think this should be a massive factor when deciding. Not worth the extra £180 if that’s the only reason you’re going for the Pro, like it was in my case. Just my opinion. Also about the cameras. I don’t use my camera very much at all, especially when compared to some people on RUclips. When I do occasionally use it, the pictures come out amazing. Although I’m coming from a 7 Plus so there’s definately a big jump. Not sure how it is between the 13 and 13 Pro but I assume it’s very close. I also find myself regularly smudging the cameras with my fingers because the camera module is just so big. You’ll definately notice that and find it annoying at first, maybe not as much of an issue with the Max. Overall, the only reason I was considering the 13 over the 13 Pro was because I didn’t appreciate the 2 biggest differences between the two phones as much as other people would. It didn’t justify the £180 price difference for me. It may for you but it really is just personal preference. Don’t go with the 120 hz because the people on RUclips say it’s so amazing! 😂 Hope this helps. Happy to answer any other questions. I know it helps to speak to someone that isn’t a wealthy RUclipsr
@@IR._ thanks I appreciate the insights. Leaning more towards the 13 now. Like you said I don’t think I would notice the 120. Even with these high quality RUclips reviews they have to show the difference in slow motion. As far as the other features go, I am like you and don’t take many pictures with my phone so that’s an easy decision especially given the HUGE bump of lenses and the fact that it doesn’t totally lay flat on a surface as well as some having problems with lining the phone up on wireless chargers. It would also be great to have a phone that weighs less! Thanks again you’ve been real helpful.
@@NichoD3 Glad I could help. These are all valid points. I don’t use a wireless charger often, used it once in the 2 weeks that I’ve had the phone and it was a bit of a pain in the arse to get it to work haha. Also it’s definately a hefty device and that’s not made any easier with the massive camera. I think you’ll be happier pocketing the extra 200 quid or so. I know I am
I just ordered the iPhone 13 pro graphite I’m inlove! I have a iPhone 7 Plus in black right now and it’s such a dark black I dislike it. Graphite is so much nicer and lighter
All it was missing was USB-C! 😫 It doesn’t matter if Apple plans on going portless in a few years, which might even take longer since I don’t see them ditching the ability for non wireless CarPlay vehicles to work with the new iPhone. Unless….there’s some special smart connector ability for CarPlay to work through. That would be very interesting. They should’ve gone USB-C when the iPad Pro did, at least with the Pro models.
I am not sure why my iPhone 8 Plus gets better each time they throw out a new phone. The 5.5 screen size is like the right size, and feel less like you need a backpack to carry some of the sizes like 6.7 pro max version.
I'll be getting the 13 Pro tomorrow (upgrading from my 6s...finally!). What type of screen protectors are being used today....the clear film that sticks onto the screen? The one I got for my 6s almost 7 years ago was almost like a piece of glass rather than plastic. Just wondering what people use for screen protectors now?
Honestly upgrade I want for iPhone is no camera bump design is back somehow…I will watch this video with bigger screen at home though. Your videos deserves it.
I can definitely tell the difference its smoother when scrolling but I kind of dont care...and a lot of other ppl dont care it just make the interface a lil smoother when u scroll that's it
Wish the screen was faster at scrolling You gotta put more muscle into making it scroll faster so it’s not sensitive and fast enough personally. Also on my iPhone 11 scrolling and texting sucks compared to my iPhone X X was faster. Wonder if it read the screen much better I’ll be upgrading to 13pro just sucks how heavy iPhones are now like bricks

I Enjoy the bigger screen and epic battery life. Totally recommend the Pro Max! I hope you're happy with your 13 Pro! :)
Thanks bro, I'm still using my iPhone 7 but I'm tempted to finally buy a new phone after my battery is now dying after having it from when it came out to now. First bit of work I've ever needed to do on it!
people are saying the phone is really heavy but according to google the 8 plus & 13 pro are pretty much the same weight? can anyone with the two phones confirm if this is true? you could use the 13 if you don’t have the pro since they are the same size but not weight
I noticed the wireless charging issue too... After multiple nights noticing that my phone wasn't charging i found that my stand up belkin charger would not work with this phone given the camera bump.
I love your voice.. It's really nice and I've been considering getting this phone but i'm stuck on my Iphone 7 size. I'm really big about the size of a phone, battery life and gigabyte. The mini is absolutely too small. Thank you for your review
Amazing review really good points but i was hoping you would talk about the major issue in the iPhone 13 pro which was there in the previous iPhone as well is freaking camera flare it’s so annoying and apple did nothing about it and you can also see it at 8:58
i wonder if i am the only one who noticed that since the iPhone X to this one, most of the phones comes with a light yellow tint... it was worse on the 12 pro max , i changed 12 times my 12 pro max to try to find one who had less yellow tint... and when i compare the iPhones screens to my iMac or my iPad pro you can clearly see this trend, this time i've ordered 2 13 pro max , the issue is still here, but way less pronounced than the 12 pro max i've tried... of course true tone and night shift is disabled, and i know about colors filters which fix the screen yellow tint, but the downside is that you loose a bit of brightness , so i was just wondering if i am the only one who noticed this ?
I had an 11 pro max i grew tired of the awkward size stupidly got an s21 ultra wich by all means is an insanely good phone but it's far too big one handed use is a struggle and even with 120hz Android still is more buggy/glitchy than IOS has ever been so i'm returning it and getting the 13 pro! I prefer Apple watches by far and since my partner has an Iphone it just works out better us both being on IOS. Airtag for the dog as well i'm 100% not a fanboy of either i had plenty Samsungs in the past and loved them but the older i get the more i enjoy the basic style of IOS and since i use my phone to reply to messages and make calls, listen to music on the go or while getting ready and scroll through some social media i don't need a huge phone with insane specs. Sure the 13pro is still high spec but the camera is something i barely use like almost never use i just want the promotion display and smaller 6.1 inch screen :).
Now i understand Apple, last year everyone was cursing Apple for not implementing at least 90hz refresh rate display and this year most of those people saying it’s not a big change though! 😂
Great video. I think that future phones should not put bigger sensors on their cameras because it would make them bulkier and inconvenient to carry around. The sensor on the current smartphones are perfect, and if someone is that concerned about image quality then they should just get a camera. Anyways, nice review, I am always looking forward to your next upload

Will the promotion make a huge difference coming from an iPhone 8?
Thanks bro, I'm still using my iPhone 7 but I'm tempted to finally buy a new phone after my battery is now dying after having it from when it came out to now. First bit of work I've ever needed to do on it!
it looks really very good looks like a jewllery in the hand my dream is to buy an iphone i dont know when it will get fulfill
people are saying the phone is really heavy but according to google the 8 plus & 13 pro are pretty much the same weight? can anyone with the two phones confirm if this is true? you could use the 13 if you don’t have the pro since they are the same size but not weight
Great review but for me camera is important and it is no major upgrade for me. Have to wait for iPhone 14 or 15
I actually love your setup's the black X ash or should I say greyish colour matches with everything and it's aesthetic
Apple's superb finishing really saved this phone's design. That ugly camera module would look so cheap if not made well
I noticed the wireless charging issue too...
Solid analysis
Who else is watching this on an iPhone 13 PRO Black?
Me .🏀🇵🇷💪🙏🏆From PR the best iPhone iPhone 13 regular sucks pro is better option
Getting soon after 2 yrs of release 😭
@@Meedhado u have it now?
the video is eyegasm
Amazing review really good points but i was hoping you would talk about the major issue in the iPhone 13 pro which was there in the previous iPhone as well is freaking camera flare it’s so annoying and apple did nothing about it and you can also see it at 8:58
Please review iPhone 13 Pro + Leather Case. 🔥
A very neat review, thank you.
i wonder if i am the only one who noticed that since the iPhone X to this one, most of the phones comes with a light yellow tint... it was worse on the 12 pro max , i changed 12 times my 12 pro max to try to find one who had less yellow tint... and when i compare the iPhones screens to my iMac or my iPad pro you can clearly see this trend, this time i've ordered 2 13 pro max , the issue is still here, but way less pronounced than the 12 pro max i've tried... of course true tone and night shift is disabled, and i know about colors filters which fix the screen yellow tint, but the downside is that you loose a bit of brightness , so i was just wondering if i am the only one who noticed this ?
I noticed this with both 12 and 13 returned them both and kept my 11 pro because of it which looks great 👍🏼
I can’t decide over the graphite or the sierra blue 😭
graphite, i love mine 😭
I love the pro it’s a near perfect phone
Sure the 13pro is still high spec but the camera is something i barely use like almost never use i just want the promotion display and smaller 6.1 inch screen :).
what product do ya'll recommend to protect the cameras? I ordered this phone a few days ago and I am looking for protection for the cameras!
Now i understand Apple, last year everyone was cursing Apple for not implementing at least 90hz refresh rate display and this year most of those people saying it’s not a big change though! 😂
The only real critical thing in new iPhones is heavy weight specially in Pro Max.
Agreed. Will be interesting to see how cameras continue evolving because it's been incredible to see the quality difference from 10 years ago to now.
Thinking of buying i13 pro.... Hmmmmm
Going from 7 to 13 pro :D
What case you rocking mate?
Best Intro ever. Wonderful!
2:55 get a magsafe charger with stand
Thanks for the video
is there any phone that doesn't "feel good in the hand"?
If this thicc boi with sharp edges still "feels good in the hand", then I think every phone does.
i really like the white one.
portless iphone = not so gr8. Return of HDMI in macbook pro is giving a sign that it's still the way to go.
Is M&S foods like Whole Foods in America?
Shades of grey: Oliur version
always love your iphone reviews 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Already hit the thumbs up 30 seconds into the video.
m confused between gold and graphite..plz suggest me which one is best looking
Developers can also use wireless connection for debugging
I don't do iOS development so it'd be great to see your comment expanded if you have experience in the field.
All I know is that direct connection is faster and more reliable.
