I read about this game and thought; space combat on the moon, not for me. After watching you two play and have so much fun, I’m in! This game is super neat and has fun game mechanics, everything I want in a game. Looking forward to see you two play more games!

The glitches really make it feel like its coming directly from the moon on a 70s radio antenna! But seems like a really fun game, will have to check if its availabe around here in Europe...

Space shotgun - the best kind of shotgun. Unfortunately this one appeared to be firing marshmallows - Jay, you need to check these things are loaded before the game man! Excellent fun chaps, well played!
Some interesting mechanics to manipulate in play - exertion for more actions now vs future actions, some low grav bouncy physics, all in a 2x2’ space

That worn tarmac mat works really well for a lunar surface.
The Mr Burns'/Inflatable Party Sumo/Bouncy Castle style combat in this game is suitably lunar like.

I'm trying to work out if letting the astronaut die, rather than keeping him for ransom, would be a better idea. Also, sending him back, would maintain pressure on the NASA team's base resources. This would be narrative, rather than mechanical, I guess.

A cool looking game, and a fun watch! I think the glitching in the video is caused by some "secret organization" trying to suppress video that's a bit too close to what "really" happened...
I liked this battle report. Not sure if I like the game though. However, I really thought your opponent added a lot to this report, and really made it a lot of fun to watch!!

Great game and video as always! Regarding the comment that Nasa is sponsored by Remington or Smith & Wesson. NASA uses Lockheed Martin.
The game has some cool mechanics but it seems really hard to actually remove a model from the table. It's like a sumo suit fight. I'm guessing it gets more deadly with more models and equipment.
Yeah the fact that the shotgun doesn't seem capable of doing damage unless the cosmonaut happens to stand against a wall kinda rubs me the wrong way.

Love this so much and was sold the minute I saw the review - just wish the shipping was a little less brutal to Australia - when shipping is 130% of the base game cost alone, you know you'll have to watch this one from afar for a bit..

I want to get this game so bad. I love Don't Look Back so know they make games I enjoy. But my friends are lame asses and only want to play GW games. Never want to expand their horizons.

These being Medics for Warhammer40k, is going to revolutionize and slow the pacing of the game and make it a more critical play. Warhammer 10 Edition. 2026
It looks reasonably fun, but I'm not sure I love the combat model. It seems like it should be deadlier, and weapon recoil should be much more of an issue for shooters. I mean, really - shotguns do blunt damage? Did they only send you up with beanbag rounds? And if you can knock your target X inches by shooting them, the shooter should also be at risk of getting knocked down or going flying (maybe less because they're braced). This is the environment that Gyrojet weapons would be perfect for.

Also it's kinda bad when one side gets 2/3s of the actions the other side gets. Not even talking about the exertion. Round three Mericans didn't activate Medic. Russians started and Russians ended the turn. XD
I don't like it. The models aren't engaging to build and paint.
