Are you using the red Balanced Body spring as “heavy” or should I use their green heavy spring? I noticed they list red springs as medium on their website & green as heavy, so I wanted to check. Thanks!
Hey, great question. I am using BB springs, so using red when I cue red/heavy is perfect in this situation. This habit is a carryover from my home studio (where we refer to the green spring as extra-heavy), but I can definitely understand the confusion - good call-out!

Loved all the exercises that were done with our chest on the box and facing the foot bar. Another great class!
