I think because Courtney can hit those notes that people just think it's Courtney doubling her own vocals. But once you know to listen for him, it becomes clear it is him. Also, you mentioned Too Close/Too Late being similar which I agree with, but it's way more like an earlier song in their career, Perennial.

yes. josh sings the high harmony in the chorus. it sounds awesome. it's a great addition to spiritbox's already incredible sound.
