I don't play the trombone, but that was very fun to watch
Chris Crenshaw has a pretty cool video on plunger mute technique it’s pretty helpful
classically trained trombonist in nw england who sometimes gets plunger segments in brass band pieces, very glad to have discovered this 😅
This guy is really funny and talented.

Brilliant! Just ordered a pixie!
Love it
Very informative thanks
so THISSSSS is that instrument on Mood Indigo
Outstanding!! Thank you!
i have a question : must the plunger have a hole? Even when it is paired with PIxie? Thanks
I like to know too
Sorry I’m late, but technically you don’t have to. Lots of players do it for volume, but if you like the sound without a hole, go for it
kinda makes me envious that the instrument I use can't use some type of mute.
Fritz McYeet what instrument do you play?
