Great job on the series of videos! So many great aquascapes to choose from. I'm sure you and the other judges had your work cut out in choosing the best. Big fan of the dragon stone and the Bucephlandra! My favorite species "Godzilla" Thanks again Filipe! Awesome Job!
Not easy to vote... Better the layouts are, more difficult is to judge. However things change a bit from judge to judge and regarding what they like to see.
Woow all the tanks looks amazing.😍 Wonderful job everybody, congrats to all scapers. I liked Taiwan's tank with the position of the stones, very interesting. Thanks for the vid, 🙏 i'm curious who will win this year. 😊
Not really. It's the first time they use it. It's was just a promotion to let people know about DIY pressurized CO2 systems. I must say that is very interesting, DIY with solenoid in a pressurized bottle. Amazing.
the one from uk is my favourite. so 3 dimensional, definitely look good with fish in it. fish that love exploring, swimming around hardscape. taiwan 2nd.
I can agree and disagree... If we compare the population of Asia to Europe, well... there is a big chance to have more aquascapers in Asian than in the rest of the world 😅 Just in Indonesia they have more aquascapers in one exhibition than we have in Portugal and maybe Portugal and Spain together 🤣🤣🤣. However we still have great aquascapers in Europe and the international aquascaping contests are the proof of it by just taking look to the ranking. The thing where Asian are definitely better is in the dioramas but in planting, probably we are much better.
@ 13:15 Agreed, this twisted wood was releasing LOTS of tannins and even toxic stuff that killed my plants in my 30liters nano...I had to rescape it. :/
But this time, maybe because the supplier was different, the wood didn't release too much tannins, neither left the water milky. All tanks with wood were a bit cloudy, nothing special.
7:07 It is great to see that an Indian contestant has participated in this competition and the acuscapes he has created are quite beautiful.
Hi Filipe, some lovely setups, thanks for sharing , nice to see the work from start to finish. 👏👏

what camera you use?
Awesome scapes....Filipe, is it common to use CO2 in these contests? I mean is for a couple of days, do you think it's required?
Not really. It's the first time they use it.

taiwan 2nd.
Definitely different styles and this is why they invite the first place of each country to have diversity. I'm sure at least one will please everyone.
Beautiful 😍
WHO WON?

@6:15 what is the plant used on the top of the mountains???
Some have used Hemianthus Callitrichoides Cuba, Micranthemum species 'Monte Carlo' and/or moss.
@@FAAOAquascaping thank you so much Felipe..
Sorry my English isn’t good!
14:50 It’s not “China” Taiwan.
Taiwan is one of the country in the world.
I know... But it's not my fault. The organization did it like this.
Thank you.
It’s not your fault.
European aquascapeing is far below Asian scapes in my opinion. They just have the patience for all the details I think :)

Waw
better learn from indonesian scape... all tanks scape are really not good enough
I hope not, otherwise we might end up by getting almost the same style... However they are changing, but it will take a while.
