Yeah, I saw it in person, and it is hard to do it justice in a video. I had a WOW moment when I saw it. Felt like I could stare at it and get lost in it for hours. There were so many nooks and crannies and so much detail.
Beautiful, I don't think I could pick just one. Each one is so unique and speaks to a different part of me. I am so glad I am not a judge! Thanks for filming when you are so busy and worn out.
those tanks you scaped were awesome George the oase island scape you did really caught my eye
The forest scape is amazing... when you turned the camera right at the end to show a FTS, it just looked absolutely stunning!
So many brilliant scapes hard to choose a favourite, but really liked the small scapes especially Lizzie Blocks 🤓
It might be easier if much of what you get is not the up the ass close haemorrhoid examination instead of a good steady 270 degree pan of the whole point of the effort. That being a 'scape' as in a over all goal and the result of the effort. The added selfie reflection is always a good touch. A little video editing of people's standing around backsides is in order.
#3 in the large tank competition was NJAGC, the local aquatic gardener's club. Parts of that scape have been growing in for a long time.
Omg the Aquatic Experience was awesome! My first one and I really enjoyed it! It was great meeting you, the master at his art and I felt like a kid in a candy store! Great job on the video and the last tank on the video is definitely my favorite! Unbelievable work went into it and all around I thought it was the best! Thanks again George for what you do bringing the aquascaping world to everyone!

Love that winning scape! A lot of other cool scapes as well but that final one is my favourite, want to make a scape with that much depth.
Dont worry about the noise george. It was just great to see them all becuase I couldn't be there.

Thanks George, lots of lovely underwater pictures have been created, but for me Karen Randall pulled off something really special in the biorb. My one observation on some of the scapes is the mix of low and high, light, demanding plants, without any apparent consideration of how that will be addressed - thinking of long-term maintenance.

What a beautiful scapes you showed us .The one from Elvis ,the large one was defenitly the best. George can you give us the sizes( in cm) and liters(content) of these three categories of Fluval contest shapes. I like the Speith (sp) tank in the small and the first place in the large. I wonder what kind of wood in the large tank. I Am going to set up an aquascape tank in 150 gal. with natural stone and hopefully natural wood from northern Indiana and hope later to include discus. Oh, and i've ordered Mr. Farmer's book pre-release.

Really love those forest scapes with a sand front. But I always have trouble keeping the sand clear of aquasoil. How do people do it??

I really luv'd the 3rd place large tank one. Luv emerse growth and the implementation/scape was spot on. For me, it was btwn 3rd and 2nd place. I also luv the wood in the 2nd place tank. it almost looked minimalist. I can picture the 2nd place tank looking cool even if it had a bunch of hair algae growing in it because of the scape. LOL. actual 1st place winner was cool. I thought there were too much fish, tho. And, the little arch ways are cool effects but not really into it. Miniature forest thing also don't do it for me. My 2 cents. Thanks for sharing, George!

I blame you for me now wanting about 40 different aquariums
Not to offend, but these scapes look a bit unimaginative. I've seen all of these concepts and styles before. Also, noticably hardly any use of shadow, a bit tiresome for the eye.
I'm not hating here, just realized again how far behind the level in the US is compared to Europe, not the mention Asia.
Yes there are some tanks with potential in this video, but they still lack in an overall coherence.
I'm intrigued. Anything you could recommend I could watch? Asian or European tank set ups that is?
