The Chevrolet Chevelle is a mid-sized automobile that was produced by Chevrolet in three generations for the 1964 through 1978 model years. Part of the General Motors (GM) A-body platform, the Chevelle was one of Chevrolet's most successful nameplates. Body styles included coupes, sedans, convertibles, and station wagons. The "Super Sport" versions were produced through the 1973 model year, and Lagunas from 1973 through 1976.
After a four-year absence, the El Camino was reintroduced as part of the new Chevelle lineup in 1964.
The A-body Monte Carlo, introduced in 1970, also used a platform that was based heavily on the Chevelle platform, although it was lengthened ahead of the firewall.
The Malibu was the top-of-the-line model through 1972 and completely replaced the Chevelle nameplate starting with the redesigned and downsized 1978 model yearked up the seats and had to put them in for absolutely no reason at all… Very pleased with these seats for my 1964 Chevelle Wagon! Авто/Мото

Our family had 64 2 door wagon in early 60’s, Dad traded it in on a 67 4 door wagon 327/275 he special ordered when lil sis came along when I was 10. We just outgrew the 2 door and 3rd seat sure gave us 5 kids more room.
That’s awesome!! Family wagon
Love that wagon, cant wait to see it running down the road.
You and me both!
I agree, putting in the seats is a good motivator. It does look good. Thanks for the update ✌
Thanks!!! Yeah gotta get this thing done!
Let's all say a prayer for that poor 10 bolt.
How long do you think it will last?
Not Past the Zip-Tie drags.@@luckysgarageshow
You going to let Tony Angelo go for a rip?.
That is entirely up to Lucky...@@watsisbuttndo829
Ten bolts are okay up to 300hp.
I’ve got a 64 2 door I’ve owned and have in storage for 3 yrs. Only one I’ve seen in Michigan thus far. You’ve really motivated me to get my baby on the road.my goal is m20 4 speed with big block. I even have a separate reconditioned 64 frame and frame stiffening kit. This will be the ultimate original patina head turner. Thx Lucky !! She’ll be driving down the street by May 2024.
Wagons are some of my favorites. Remind me of riding in the suicide seat in the back on road trips with the family in the vista cruiser. Thanks Mr. Lucky.
Thanks for the support!
Cool wagon, the Cali guys like their shop flops, at least your not grinding and welding with them on. I enjoy the dance when sparks and slag is flying, should be a nice twin turbo layout.
Thanks 👍
"Is that what Lucky wants?" New shirt tag line.
Great idea
Really diggin' on the wagon. That's going to be sweet.
Man this comming along nicely I cannot wait to see that beauty driving down the road.
The wagon is looking amazing can’t wait to see you driving it on the road!!!
You and me both!
Love Butternut! I can't wait to see it on the road, doing block-long burnouts...😂 Have a good one, Lucky!✌️❤️🙂🇨🇦
Thanks! You too!
Finally the wagon gets some love!
You are the most efficient mechanic I have ever seen. I have heard that from all the other shows you are on. Great job
Wow, thanks!
She’s look really nice thanks for the video 👍
Thanks for watching!
Good lookin' cruiser, love those mid 60's wagons!
This should be a nice ride! Wagon Life!
I could hear every word you said in this video. Thanks and keep up the good work!
👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Man, that is such a clean wagon! One of my favorites and that upgraded suspension is definitely going to enhance that ride. Looking forward to the final product.
Great idea moving tank under car. My 67 Caprice has tank hanging in left rear quarter panel with one flimsy strap!
New assistant, called “Folgers Can” … love it!😁😎👏👏
Folgers!!!!! 🤣😂
Just glad you guys didn’t go with flip flops and crop tops, great video as always!
🤣🤣😂😂
Nice ! Keep the yellow inside , looks great with the black . Redline on the tires or the wheel might set it off .
That is a great long roof car, brother.
Thanks!!!!
@luckysgarageshow my pleasure, but I really love the 63 Ford 😍 .
Good to see you guys wearing your OSHA approved steel-toed shop flipflops. Safety first!
😂🤣
Special invisible composite toe guards.
This is what happens when you have more doin's than time in which to do them. i love that wagon, and it will make a real show stopper. You rich guys have all the luck. Lucky. Be well.
I will see if I can pull it off!
@@luckysgarageshow I have faith, and a full bag of Cheetos.
I would like to see the 63 Galaxie worked on. You have enough Chevy stuff. Build up a Ford engine and take it around to things like HRPT like you did with the C10 which I really like as well.
Luckys "temporary measures" are better finished than 80% of other peoples final fits.
Long roof are the best always plenty of room and with classic style .
👊🏻 Yeah always like wagons!
Looking good, Lucky! Hope to see this bucket at Duct Tape Drags! ☺️
Thanks!! Working hard to get it there :)
SleeperDude says It's Flip Flops or May Pops. And IMO wearing Flip Flops is keeping the memory of the Late Great Gray Baskerville alive. 6=8.
Lucky we all know that station wagon when it get done. It's gonna look Beautiful. We love watching your videos. Keep bringing them, and we love you out here in Pennsylvania.
Thanks for watching! What part of Pennsylvania?
@@luckysgarageshow ......I live in York Pennsylvania
Liking the new intro!
👊🏻👊🏻
I'm back just in time for one of my favorites looking good Lucky......like the new intro 💯....✌️🙂
Thank you 😁
Had a '64 Camino as my daily driver for quite a few years. It was the perfect parts runner. Never should have sold it.
Hey, you can actually see the ghost in the machine. Very cool. Great video and car. Thanks.
Thanks for watching!
awesome to see you putting some work in on this wagon love this car
You and me both! I’m
Wagon cool really cool ❤👍😁🇱🇷 😎 have a great weekend bro later
Thanks! You too!
Love yellow chevys...
Love the new intro
Thank you!!!!
sweet wagon
Thank you
Lucky, that’s gonna be a sneaky cool ride.
I hope so!
Like the wagon progress and the new intro as well.
Thanks 👍
It’s Lucky time 🎉
🏁🏁🏁🏁
Beautiful wagon!
👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
These 64-65 Malibu 2 door wagons are very rare cars. Get a 12-bolt rear axle.
Yeah im sure the rear end will fail 😂🏁
@@luckysgarageshowjust get some 600 treadwear tires, with no traction the 10 bolt will live...
Where does the cup holder go? 😂
I knew I forgot something.
👊
Role of duct tape will suffice .
I want to go for a ride! Looks comfy
I think we have room! 😂🤣
👍
✌Love the wagon
Thanks
Rally Wheels!
Still deciding on that but I like your idea
Looks like someone has a new videographer
We trying new things! Better angels!
only one problem. i had a limit to tire size. my friends all were runnin 60's and some 50's
My old gangster leaning bench seat in my 60s cars would get progressively worse over time, cuz I'm a bigger guy. And, maybe some black accents in your yellow interior if you're concerned about too much yellow? Like this ride though. What happened to the blue station wagon you and Tony Angelo put together on HRG?
Does lucky like!!
OluKia Ohana style are my Fav flip flops
@mobiletechlucky
the Duct Tape Drags, September 29-30, 2023
Thanks! You going?
Cool longroof, I've enjoyed this project. Is it something with the color and lighting, or does this version of Butternut flop to a brighter yellow at certain angles?
How are you going to choose which vehicle to jump in when this is done? Oh the decisions!
Gunna be tough
I did my first headliner on my 68 Tempest wagon. (Ben B's buddy Al)
Nice!!
@@luckysgarageshow never again :)
When I get tasks accomplished in my project, I don't say " I got that done" rather it's "Well I got away with that"
I did the headliner on my 70 Kingswood station wagon. Found one in the junkyard. Took 4 hours to remove it. Got 4 hornet stings. 12 hours to install it. Still looks good 35 years later.
( hope there are some Heavy Duty Parts in that 10 bolt )..
🤣🤣🤣
What’s up with those old tubular a arms off your c10?
Love that yellow shade. What is it?
Butter Nut Yellow!
Flip flops and big blocks 😂
👊🏻👊🏻
Duct Tape .. Last Sat In Sept..
Be there!!!
Any tricks to get a wagon cool with AC?
Money, hard work and tinted windows.
Curious to know wheel tire set up
Current wheel tire set up?
What accessory drive kit do you have on there wagon?
Black and yeller, nothing better.
🏁🏁🏁🏁
I Got Your Back!
👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻🏁🏁🏁🏁
Get tail for the wagon.
👊🏻👊🏻🏁🏁
ninja toed flip flops are a man code violation.
I need new ear muffs, gas mask and a tire sponsor
How's that intro?
Jazzy as fuk!!!!
Thanks! Trying to class up things!
What's the actual color of the wagon, that's going to be sick!
God, I hate flip-flops...😂
🤣🤣
grown ass men don't roll without a/c ....tff
