hi bro, In a planted aquarium having plant soil with layer of DIY compost the water turned cloudy despite doing water change of 30-45% every 3-4 days..post these even the liquid fertilisers hv stoped & curtailed the lights for 4-5 hrs a day .also did water test PH around 6.7 & nitrates under control..kindly guide..

H2O2 is not safe to use in aquariums. If not used properly, it can be lethal to all living organisms in its initial active state.
Cyano is a huge issue and will always come back unless the last part of this video is taken seriously. Balance is so important but also takes a while to learn. Especially if you are running Co2. I had a shocking outbreak of Cyano and no amount of blackout did the trick. I ended up using ChemiClean and it wiped it out in a couple of weeks. Important to follow directions to the letter. Been religiously monitoring the tank ever since and dosing properly. Haven't seen any slime since.

Yes, you can but make sure the water is chlorine-free or treat the water with anti-chlorine before adding it to the aquarium.

I recommend using DIY CO2 for optimal color and growth of these plants.

Feed your fish daily by removing the cloth a little. Just don't turn on the tank light while feeding and cover the tank completely again after feeding.
@@madebykm anthor doubt does diy co2 effective as pressurized co2 ?
DIY CO2 is effective and ideal for small aquariums (20 gallons max). For larger aquariums, it is better to use pressurized CO2.

This will work somehow, but if it's a high tech planted tank, pressurized CO2 would be a better option.
