EASY BUILDING the Catamaran Paddle Board (Part One).

A new and very different project! This catamaran paddle board will be more of a cross between a mini boat and a traditional paddle board. Once the main hull is built we will then add on a trolling motor mount, and a removable seat/ casting platform. This board should move very nicely with an electric motor.
I expect the build to take three or more videos. As for the actual kit, it should be available on the website shorty. Shipping will be via UPS in three or so boxes.

Ahhhh! This video has recently received a lot of views and this question is flooding my inbox! I have figured out a better way to cut and ship the hulls for less waste and cheaper shipping. The estimated foam core cost will be $300 and shipping about $50... Let me know what you all think! If there is good interest in this I will make it happen.

I'd be interested in the kit but wondering why a better foam board such as the pink insulating board want used, there's a far less chance of it breaking vs the white styrofoam.

Might be better with fatter end as a bow. Stern because back pressure which makes a boat slower. Have you tested?

does epoxy eat the foam?

Epoxy is safe on any type of foam. Polyester resin would melt EPS foam.
