I couldn’t agree more. One of my top 5 or 6 favorite bond films, but the others are all in the bottom 10. 006 and Xenia being two of the greatest Bond villains played a pivotal role in the films success.
Let down by bad scripts. Bad performances by fellow actors. Mr Brosnan did his best.
All the big 4 (Connery, Moore, Brosnan, Craig) have one humdinger. Goldfinger, The Spy who Loved me, Goldeneye and Casino Royale. They also have some absolute rotten eggs.
Lazenby and the criminally underused Dalton can't qualify on account of not having as many chances.
I love N64. Graphics look so good here. So real
Remington Steele was a fantastic James Bond!!!
In a high pitched mystic Scottish accent :
I am in a base at the bottom of a Dam but somehow up on a mountainside
Who am I ?
You are James Bond in Goldeneye
YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS!!!!
Great Bond film!!!
Upon watching Watchmojo's Top 10 James Bond Escapes I can honestly say that this scene is underrated!
"hold your fire, you'll blow the gas tanks." how did they not already to that when they first fired
“FOR ENGLAND JA-EEAARGH!”
I would have difficulty pulling this off in a video game
The bond film that got gamers into Bond films.
For England James 🇬🇧
Alec Trevelyan betrays James Bond in 1986
No, for me.
Develyn Seether That’s why James Bond kills Alec Trevelyan for betrayal
something tells me russian villains are back on the menu
AK 47 has nowhere near that accuracy at that distance! Hard to jam but loose as a goose! Lol Love these movies!
I love how for like a dead minute of screen time, an entire gaggle of trained Russian soldiers forgets that they can walk towards Bond's sneaky li'l ass instead of just pointing their guns at him.
Considering Ourumov shot the guy who tried to do something, would you walk forward?
He is trying to protect Alec aka 006 since he is not really dead. If guards approach 007 then a firefight will ensue blowing everyone up. Ingenious plot.
LMAO, our Russian army is so tough )))
dude, the part where he jumps off the cliff, skydiving from the bike into the plane is BADASS!! when a young little me was watching it with my friends we looked at each other like " :o :O :O this...is...awesoomeee" lol
one of the best Bond films ever.
the model explosion at the end! class
People always talk about how over the top Die Another day was, but that jumping after the aeroplane takes the price 🙃
Golden eye could be the best bond ever made.
