  • This drill will help improve your long jump technique by creating a “active landing”
    It’s important to remember that regardless of your in-flight phase technique, you can still have an active landing by initiating with your heels to help pull your hips down and under to land where your heels made contact with the sand.
    It will help improve the distance on your jump as well as help reduce the risk of injury by decelerating.
