    I'm glad people are starting to refer to her as beautiful and not just "attractive "and rightfully so. She is so genuine with that splash of innocence that makes people love her. She doesn't have to "fall back" on her appearance to have the popularity she has.To me, she has that classical beauty italian woman seem to have inherited . Sexy? Oh yeah!! but never self exploiting. She could be plain looking and still be as popular as she is now. And wow.. what unique fashion sense our girl has. What a dress for the Time Mag interview!!

    Now we’ll see who’s been watching her because of her basketball talent or just hopped on the popular bus. I’ve been watching her for a couple of years because of how good she is and I will continue to watch her because of how good she is! SHE EARNED PLAYER OF THE YEAR no matter where her views stand….

    An example of class. Clark talks about others with respect. While Reese does not in public.

    The truth on CC she represents most everyone on this Planet. As parents we hope our children aspire to be like CC, respectful, kind, tenacity, thick skin, driven, and educated. This is why CC is such a presence around the world and crosses the boundaries beyond Basketball. This is what makes CC a generational talent Basketball alone don't get you there.

    That eye gouge was TOTALLY intentional. CC obviously has one of those personalities that doesn't want to stir things up. However, she put up with a ton of bullshit and attacks that she should have called out.

    There is in NO OTHER sport where such a "blindingy" obvious attempt to physically blind another player exists!
    And the reffs... huh... what happened? we didn't see anything! We were too busy eating cakes and cookies with the other team's fans!

    I don't know much about Satuo Samaly,however,if she joins the Fever, the league will be in trouble,because that team will be unstoppable. If you're able to slow one down you'll have 4 other players to deal with. They might just have the league's first undefeated season!

    Unfortunately for Caitlin, this recognition of her achievements is being overshadowed by some of her responses to questions in the accompanied interview. Obviously people who've bever considered that you probably shouldn't criticize someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes. Or that any qualifiers that she may have made before or after whatever actually made it into the interview and may have changed the tenor of what was said, might need to be considered also.

      @@mikehall4517your 💯correct It’ll never amount, but by help raising a granddaughter and two nieces, I cannot in good faith raise them to be an “apologist” for something their skin color is NOT responsible for. I understand why she said it, but thats not any part of me and my family values. I wish the best and a long career for CC, just something I cannot support, respectfully ❤

    • @mikehall4517
      @mikehall4517 12 часов назад

      @napu2652 I actually was honored to read two different comments that were able to step back from the unthinking scream of "WOKE!" And endeavored to explain it rationally without being confrontational. By saying that she benefited from white privilege, Caitlin put your kids into a box that says that their race is the only thing that will advance them in their life, and not merit. That's not fair to them. What's also not fair is to blame Caitlin for not wanting to be forced to put up with the sht sandwich that she's put up with every day of her pro career. She probably just wants it to stop, and felt that this might do it. She's wrong, and by making this choice she's made things worse for herself from an additional direction. This whole thing sucks. And what is even more tragic is that the most important part of the situation the "Time magazine Athlete of the Year" can't be celebrated for what should be a acknowledgement of her hard work and dedication. And THAT sucks even more.
