As someone who streams casually, I find more often that when I play offstream I have to fight the impulse to commentate and read text out loud. It becomes a habit after a while, and I imagine it's even worse for people who do it regularly and professionally. Probably different for each person though.

I still think it's staged, but not based on the game being visible.
