I think is due to the phones just generally getting more expensive and companies have to downgrade to keep the price. India is very price sensitive and they will just lose the market if they increase prices too much

Been using the phone for a week. One major issue I found that I'm not sure that it's device specific or not but sometimes the touch response is really really bad. You basically have to press four or five times to select something. And my more than 2 year old Realme X2 has better quality speakers than this one. For general usage, you won't feel the downgrade. Cameras are okay
Guys I use Samsung galaxy m52 as my primary device for nearly 6months to be honest please go for it, you won't be disappointed for the price point. Snapdragon 778g hats off for the performance. Only drawback is single speaker and low watt charger (hehe included in the box 😁)
Thankfully I cancelled my M53 order at the last moment because I got Realme 9 pro + @20K with SBI card offer With one week usage I can say at 20K Realme 9 pro+ is a well-rounded and Value for money mobile
I am using Realme gt master edition since 6 months coming from OnePlus 6. Realme phones are good but they lack in OS experience and Brand value. If these things don't matter then it's okay 🤷♂️
I'm still on the original M51 and will stay on it until it dies. The 7000mah battery steals it for me and it has dual sim and a dedicated micro sd card support that I think is a necessity for me. That being said, if Samsung decided to pull out another M51 with a better camera and stereo speakers, i would get that in a heartbeat.

The SD 778G on my Realme 9 Speed Edition 5g performs really good. It has 535,000 antutu score. Deleted all the bloatware via ADB and never installed an update, so RealmeUI is like OxygenOS now.

Clean and fluid. Motorola gives stock android plus screen recording and full customisation, and a LOT OF EXTREMELY USEFUL features, without any junk.

Price: if you order it from samsung website and apply ICICI card you can get it for 22,999 rs. Charger: if you order from Samsung website they give it for free. Improvements they could have: Speakers: yes, samsung should have given dual speakers, but what I have heard n seen it's not that bad. So overall if you are not a heavy user or you want to gift it to your parents this looks like a perfect phone where you get great classy design ( compared M52) fabulous display and Brand value compared to ( Realme, Poco, Xiaomi and Iqoo).

Those who wanted slimmer phones should go for the other options. What's wrong with Samsung!!! I have the og the M51 and it's so good!! Despite being almost 2 years old now (waiting for one UI 4 update) it's lag free, still gives me 1.5 days of battery backup, no weird shutdowns or heating issues...has headphone jack and HDR support... reverse charging and so many features that i don't even use fully.. Camera's are above average... I heard people complaining about the m52 display showing lines and there were many bugs in the UI, now comes the m53.. samsung releasing unfinished product's
I have always seen Samsung failing especially in the midrange segment when comes to bench marks. But honestly the user experience has been good with one ui and with great software support...way less buggy compared to it's counterparts
I don't prefer any UI other than oneUI so I picked this phone during Amazon Summer sale and got it at ₹23,150/- after all discount. I'm fully satisfied with performance (using both personal and work profile) and yes that Reddit jitter was real, I too had faced it once. But overall performance is good but cameras are just 😑 ok. And I really missing that NFC.

Samsung has degraded every new series! As i am retailer for smartphones the Samsung Galaxy A and M series feels so poor with their functions and their high price! The Mi and Realme feels so premium infront of the Samsung smartphones that the selling ration of samsung is just 3-4% of the total sales that we make in a month! The bloatware gets worse in M series phones. I and family had couple of M series phones before and an m51 now. Everytime there is some update or after a few weeks it install those apps again without even letting me know or any kind of notification...it just installs silently in background. the oneu 4.1 makes it even worse.
I am using m53 last 7 months but honestly saying i don't have any issues, yaa there is some here and there issue some time but not any major problems , display is beautiful,and good enough performance, I play bgmi in this phone and its run very somthly, camera and battery is also good so overall all its a good phone i don't have any issues with m53

Have been wanting to tell you for quite sometime. Every line begins with a sudden increase in volume and then tapers throughout the whole sentence. It is very annoying and painful to the ears as volume is suddenly high at the begining. Please control your voice volume and try to minimise too much variations in volume when talking. Thanks.

I am one plus 7 user last more 2 and half years but last 10 days i have experienced battery health issue which has been replaced to new battery through authorized one plus center. again facing same issue battery drain and heating issue then later 2nd time showing phone to service engineer come to know this motherboard issue. I have 100% doubt on after updating last security patch update this mother board issue has been occurred. is company doing this all responsibly to customer buy their new product?
I think for the NFC part is depends on the market. On my country, they're selling this phone with NFC included. But yeah, the bloatware sucks, Samsung just never changes.

So I am looking for better hardware and built which could sustain heavy traffic. My present a year old Vivo handset fails on many fronts like it shows full network and suddenly drops to not network or poor and lagged video calls. Could you recommend to me a phone which can help to tackle these issues?

The bloatware gets worse in M series phones. I and family had couple of M series phones before and an m51 now. Everytime there is some update or after a few weeks it install those apps again without even letting me know or any kind of notification...it just installs silently in background. the oneu 4.1 makes it even worse.

I am using m53 last 7 months but honestly saying i don't have any issues, yaa there is some here and there issue some time but not any major problems , display is beautiful,and good enough performance, I play bgmi in this phone and its run very somthly, camera and battery is also good so overall all its a good phone i don't have any issues with m53

Have been wanting to tell you for quite sometime. Every line begins with a sudden increase in volume and then tapers throughout the whole sentence. It is very annoying and painful to the ears as volume is suddenly high at the begining. Please control your voice volume and try to minimise too much variations in volume when talking. Thanks.

dont know why they remove headphone jack? how would we play online games without audio lag? if they expect consumers to buy type-c to 3.5 mm adapter, they should provide with the handset as most adapter are not compatible..i will never buy a phone without audio jack..

I am one plus 7 user last more 2 and half years but last 10 days i have experienced battery health issue which has been replaced to new battery through authorized one plus center.
again facing same issue battery drain and heating issue then later 2nd time showing phone to service engineer come to know this motherboard issue.
I have 100% doubt on after updating last security patch update this mother board issue has been occurred.
is company doing this all responsibly to customer buy their new product?
