you can't hate the usa, because it's not there fault! they just play better! can another country beat them? yes! they have to spend more time with there players to up grade them to a higher standard of game playing, and how do you do that? you let them play against men! till they break those bad habit of girly playing! and play like men! but you must get tall players! can't have 5'5 against 6'4? makes no sense! the small person has to work twice as hard to jump block rebound score and play defense and play maker? for women basketball players,the standard for height should start at 5'9-10 to what ever! but if you're real good and are short, than ok! but you will be working hard! or just looking at the bigger players just playing around you? you'll be lost in the crowd!

I saw that game! it looked weird, it looked like there head wasn't in the game! I mean Puerto rico beat belgium, and the usa team destroyed Puerto rico, do you really think that belgium had it in the bag to win? pretty sure usa wouldn't mind losing one out of a thousand championships? I wouldn't mind either! it's good for the sport! cause if usa keeps winning all the championships than other countries will pull out of the competition!

That first game against Belgium is the answer to your question. There are no guarantees these days. Others are catching up just like in the women soccer and men's basketball
